Caribou Coffee

Had a very large drink order and needed to be to an appt. Was putting drinks in the carrier and the barista said leave the drinks all together and takes them out of my carrier. Last I checked, they are my drinks, I paid for them. I don’t have time to wait until you are done with every single drink to start loading them up. Not impressed. Overpriced also.

I have really enjoyed spending time here writing and enjoying some good food. Today my lumberjack sandwich just tasted extra good and so did the cold brew. I got a lot done and noticed all the new colors of thermal cups and misc. The staff was nice and nice to eachother. I like that.

Solid, consistent coffee with a decent bit of food and snack options as well. Shop was clean, service was quick and friendly. Just a solid chain coffee shop.

Location is very clean, and the employees are friendly. I appreciate that when I order a drip coffee in store that I can get free refills. I also appreciate that no matter where I sit, I have access to an outlet so that I can get some schoolwork done. I am a non-traditional student who also works full-time, so I do schoolwork during non-typical times, and I am always looking for a place to do it.

We stopped in the drive-thru, and the gentleman, taking our order, got my wife's name correct, which is a huge thing because most hack it up badly! Plus, the coffee was really good too!

This is a beautiful new Caribu. Love the new color scheme. I had a crafted press. It was perfect! I have found that some Caribu's do not know how to make a Crafted Press; this location did an excellent job.
