one star is the minimum.. but i would have rated the service and atmosphere a 0. I went in November 3 in the morning, with my coworkers in military uniform. they were very unwelcoming, rude, and looked at us with disgust..

I recently had the worst experience at Caribou Coffee. My coworkers and I, all in military uniform, went in around 6:45 a.m. on a Sunday morning for what we hoped would be a quick coffee run. Right from the start, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. We greeted the staff with a "Good morning," but were met with silence.

As we individually went up to place our orders, we weren't quite ready, and the cashier walked away, clearly irritated. When we were ready, we returned to place our orders, only to be met with continued attitude. We asked questions about the menu to get some guidance, but the staff offered no clarification or opinions on any of the drinks or food items.

This wasn’t a busy morning for them, so their impatience was hard to understand. Both staff members seemed annoyed by our presence, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. It felt like we weren’t welcome at all. This environment was disappointing and left a sour note on what should have been a simple coffee stop.

Sunday 11/03/24 came in the morning to get coffee. The people working were very unprofessional, very disrespectful, and one of them was making bad facial expressions. Giving a negative attitude.

Stopped by there today, not usually in this area so a new caribou for me! Jason and his co-worker were so dang amazing. Even at the drive through he explained a drink to me and figured out how to create it to my taste. It was so good. Definitely going back when I'm in that area.

This is my back-up coffee location when I can't get to my neighborhood favorite. The morning staff is awesome. They know my drink and it actually tastes like it has espresso in it compared to the other chain options in the area. I've become a bit of a coffee snob while working at a local shop, but appreciate this location when I can't get to, or get to make, my own!

Service great, clean, nice outdoor tables. Plenty of parking and consistently good coffee and many other choices for beverages and food. Love this new store location as well. A great place to read use laptop, and spacious. Not like that place with the mermaid looking at you. ?

First time customer.
I ordered the egg bacon cheddar bagel and the bacon was Grey and soggy the bagel was tough to even bite through and way too chewy and, not to mention I had to peel it out of the brown paper envelope they put it in . And i dont even know what i agreed to when i ordered a large iced caramel macchiato and was informed that how I wanted it it didn't come that way so a suggestion was made and I blindly went with it hoping it was at least close I paid almost $15 and I won't be going back

My husband and I stopped here today and the customer service from the drive through gal was shockingly bad. My husband asked a question about the coffee and she answered very annoyed. The gal who ran the drive through was younger with red hair and glasses. We won’t be returning to this location due to this experience.
