The crab Rangoon chicken sandwich was AMAZING!!! The fries were a bit salty for me, but had a very good flavorful seasoning. The tots were crispy and light. Not greasy at all. We'll definitely be back!

First time customers and was wondering if the long black hair in our food is customary or were we just special? Thier ranch dipping sauce tasted like Bleu cheese. Poor kid @ the counter must have forgot I was with someone, he asked me if it was for here or to go. Lol.

This place has the greatest chicken sandwich I have ever had. The appetizers were also great, the brussel sprouts and loaded tots was top notch!

I'm a regular - came last week with a friend and his family as they were passing thru town and was not disappointed. The Nashville Hot was excellent as always, and the strawberry shake really hit the spot. My friend and their folks seemed to enjoy their meal, including the Dr. Pepper Float (monthly special shake).
The service was quick despite how busy it was, and the atmosphere was good! It might seem spendy for a 'fast food' place, but this is leagues ahead of any other burger/chicken joint and is worth every penny. It has a limited menu because they know what they're good at and they do it really well.
My only criticism/suggestion: include one sauce with every meal and/or make the sauces $0.50 and/or have staff ask if patrons want sauce. Multiple times I have gone and forgot sauce doesn't come with my meal and I either have to go back for some or eat my fries with no Char's Sauce š. Otherwise, keep up the great work!

This restaurant has really grown on me in the last few months. Usually everything is great but today I found myself very disappointed. I always order the chicken sandwich with buffalo, fries, and a shake. The shake was already melting when I started drinking it, the sandwich was extremely salty and there was a lot of the breaded part stacked into the sandwich and over fried. I asked for extra ranch which I regret because it was watery and Iām not sure how. I basically had to drench the sandwich in ranch to be able to eat it. I feel that moving forward they should watch how much they season the chicken in general.
