This location is TOP tier! They definitely live up to the Freaky Fast brand-my order was placed, made, and delivered all before I had a chance to blink. I’ve never had an issue ordering from this location. The food is always fresh, (you know how lettuce can be…) if they’re out of an item I purchased, they always make it right by swapping it out with something just as good, and they are somehow able to deliver my order and knock on my door without alerting my dog and making her go crazy (which no other delivery service can do!!). If I could order every day from this location, I would. This location and it’s employees are really the best out there.

Just spent 20 bucks on 2 lettuce wraps. Brown wet lettuce and barely any tuna.Flavorless . Never again.
Employees are always friendly but not very fast. I usually order online and do pick up in drive through. I place the order when leaving home to pick up and it takes about 10 minutes to get there. Very rarely is my order even done when I get there. The last time I was there I placed an order at 10:38 and it was finally ready at 11:23 and that was just for two little John's sandwiches. Super frustrating!

Beware of ordering for delivery. Once we ordered and waited over and hour, today after waiting 50 minutes I called and they explained that they did not have a delivery driver. Maybe stick to picking up in store.
You might get your order or you might not. They won’t let you know. 10 minutes away and waited 90 minutes. Nope. I’ll go somewhere else. You should too.

Last 2 orders have been messed up. Tried telljj.com but of course no reply. First time only half my order came and driver had to come back. This was after waiting over an hour and had to call store.
Last night, the driver left my order on a doorstep 2 blocks away. Thankfully owner of house was home and drove it to me!!

Yall always forget my oil/vinegar, and put cheese on it almost every time I ask for no cheese. Dry sub.

Very unwelcoming and poor customer service. I ended up getting charged extra because the worker "didn't hear" my order correctly at first. I didn't feel comfortable asking for a refund for the difference because of how unfriendly he was already. I wish I'd spent my time and money elsewhere.

Absolutely ridiculous the experience I had today. I order 2 sandwiches and a pickle for me and my girlfriend for her break and when I went in to pick up my online order I waited atleast 10 minutes before the 2 gentlemen in front of me were helped then when came to be my turn the lady didn't know where my sandwiches were. When they found my sandwiches they were both incorrect and when I went back inside to ask if they can fix it a man wearing sunglasses inside the store (very unprofessional) came around and said he needed the receipt. Not a problem went back outside again and showed him the receipt to which he said that I had done it wrong? Excuse me? What kind of customer service is this where I'm told I'm making my sandwiche wrong even though they were the ones who had messed it up and are trying to blame me for this? The whole process took around 25 minutes to which my girlfriend was late going back to work because we thought going to Jimmy johns would be quick and easy. We were completely wrong I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this location after this horrible experience and being blamed for their mistakes.

You're food with bad product. She ordered the firecracker and the shell just crumble at the end. Because the package that they keep the shells in, what's probably left open
