Always consistent.
Yall always forget my oil/vinegar, and put cheese on it almost every time I ask for no cheese. Dry sub.

Very unwelcoming and poor customer service. I ended up getting charged extra because the worker "didn't hear" my order correctly at first. I didn't feel comfortable asking for a refund for the difference because of how unfriendly he was already. I wish I'd spent my time and money elsewhere.

Absolutely ridiculous the experience I had today. I order 2 sandwiches and a pickle for me and my girlfriend for her break and when I went in to pick up my online order I waited atleast 10 minutes before the 2 gentlemen in front of me were helped then when came to be my turn the lady didn't know where my sandwiches were. When they found my sandwiches they were both incorrect and when I went back inside to ask if they can fix it a man wearing sunglasses inside the store (very unprofessional) came around and said he needed the receipt. Not a problem went back outside again and showed him the receipt to which he said that I had done it wrong? Excuse me? What kind of customer service is this where I'm told I'm making my sandwiche wrong even though they were the ones who had messed it up and are trying to blame me for this? The whole process took around 25 minutes to which my girlfriend was late going back to work because we thought going to Jimmy johns would be quick and easy. We were completely wrong I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this location after this horrible experience and being blamed for their mistakes.

I came through the driver through asked a question as I had stomach surgery recently. I asked if I could get a slim done as an unwich as I cannot handle bread right now and can only handle about 4 bites of food at a time. Was told no I could not. So was told would have to be a regular sandwich. Ordered a turkey sandwich was asked if I wanted to add cheese after I had just told them about stomach surgery to which I said no thank you and ordered the new cookie sandwich for my sister. The unwich had so much mayo on it it was inedible I got one bite in and had to stop. So I sent an email to the feedback saying they should add an option for a gadtric bypass person to be able to pay a buck to do a slim as a unwich because i would have paid it!! and get an email back from the owner of the location telling me infact I can order the slim as an unwich on the app as well as in person as well as the gargantuan. Effectively whether it was accidentally or purposely this location took advantage of my situation I feel like they saw an opportunity to make a better sale and took it I used to love jimmy johns before surgery.

Ordered a Pepe lil john and a #11 country club. The pepe was fine. The country club was missing the ham and no mayo. Maybe new or no help. I'll try again in a couple weeks.

Your guy in drive through was rude, did not even talk to me except to say Jimmy John's and yep. We had to get my sandwich remade because it was wrong and the gentleman inside was very courteous. If you go to this location go inside.

Went to JJ close to 6:30. Ordered 4 sandwiches , which needed repeated several times before they said they were out of tuna. That is fine, we ordered a wrap instead. Go to the window, saw a couple of people leave with a sandwich and one person inside. I handed my card and she handed me one sandwich, I let her know it wasn’t mine. She got the manager to offer a refund. We waited and waited, she would periodically come to the window to say they were making the sandwiches now. People in line behind me were leaving. After 35 mins I told her we would just like a refund. The manager came over and said they had 20 sandwiches they were needing to make. That is fine, but communicate it is going to take a ridiculous amount of time so I can choose whether to wait or not and don’t say they are being made “right now”. I am hoping all 5 of the sandwiches are actually refunded. Never again.

I placed an online order to be ready for drive through pick up at 11am. Placed the order at 10:30am. Get there and I get told my order isn't ready. OK, no big deal. Waited another 27 minutes before it was ready, and the guy at the window acted like it was an inconvenience for him. I had a simple order, an unwich and pickle. Get to work, open my unwich, and can't even eat the lettuce it's so brown. Won't be back!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST JOMMY JOHNS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!!!! I’ve been here many many many times….most of the time something is wrong with my order or the service is terrible. Today I ordered a wrap with no tomato’s and original chips, got salt and vinegar chips and you guessed…there was tomato’s on it!!! The damn receipt said the correct thing!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER GOING TO THIS JOMMY JOHNS GO EAT!!! They are total trash and clearly no one there knows how to read!!!!!
