usually prefer this one then the one on plum dr but recently they’ve been messing up my whole order, I’ll ask for no tomatoes they’ll do extra. I asked for a coke and got a sprite. I said no salt on my fries, it will be written as that but then taste as salty as the ocean! Past 3 times I came here my orders have been completely wrong. Not what I’m paying for.

Do not go here on a weekend. They normally have great service during the week. The lady working the drive up window taking orders is an utter disaster and I can’t believe the amount of errors they made.

I'd order 40 pieces of chicken nuggets but got home and found I only got 20. I'd call them and was told to come pick up the other 20. I do understand it was that the boy who served me was quite young so I'll give him that. But still! I was h'angry! 😆

Drive thru at this McDonalds is the way to go. Eating inside is fine too, but this store never really messes up my orders, the food is always HOT, and I love that. The workers are great listeners when taking the orders. This store just nails performance over all. They need to start selling Chicken McGriddles again, and then it would be a perfect score for them.

First time i went i was the only car in the drive thru and waited 10 minutes for one mcchicken. This time they made me pull off to a reserved spot and wait because they didnt have chicken strips for the snack wraps. If they would have told me this before i paid i would have gone else where. Total trash even for McDonald's

My mom & I stopped in for a quick lunch. I had not eaten inside a McDonald's in years.
The manager waited on us. She was very distracted and was trying to do too many things at once. We had to order three or four times before she got it. She needs to focus on customers in the store and less on other tasks.
The food was freshly made. We had to wait for it. The fries has zero salt. The sandwich was ok.
The ice machine at the drink station would not even give a half a cup of ice. We tried both places. Considering it was 11AM, this was not an impressive start for lunch. They were not prepared at all.
There was one employee with a hose spraying the driveway down. Since we can't mow lawns and are suppose to limit showers & such, I think this probably breaks the current order in place. The employees inside should have been able to handle the amount of customers there but that employee's time would have been better spent helping inside.
It was a little disappointing but otherwise not impressive and uneventful.

I place an order using the stupid app and of course that was a mistake because my free fries were not free. The fries were cold told the clerk gave me another order of fries still lukewarm. Will never use the app again and never this McDonald’s location. Disappointed.
