We had an appetizer & pizza. Everything was awesome! We stepped outside our comfort zone & tried the pepperoni with pesto pizza. It was really tasty. Service was excellent & atmosphere was calm, but busy. Thanks for a great date night!!Parking: Plenty of spaces available with wide spots. No potholes or curbs to avoid.

It was good. pizza was better than I expected. I wish they had more appetizers. I feel like it lacking variety, maybe some cheese sticks, chicken tenders, fries, or Buffalo wings. But other than that, it's very good pizza. Service was ok, not too friendly, not too rude just there. The hostess was nice and inviting.

Pagliai’s is our favorite pizza restaurant in the Des Moines area. We live in western Iowa and travel frequently to eastern Iowa. This location is so convenient, just north of I80 on Merle Hay Road. The salads are great (they make two of the salad dressings in-house, ranch and parmesan peppercorn). The pizzas are piping hot fresh out of the oven, service is always good, and the prices are reasonable. Such a great restaurant!

I have been here several times with family and it's always been good. The servers are quick, kind, and knowledgeable. We usually order cheese bread and several large pizzas. The pizza is good and fresh, but nothing too special. Plenty of seating, clean, and large parking lot.
