Sooooo slow. I order ahead on the app to save time in the morning before work but every time they are late by at least 5-10 minutes. I just feel like if you knew I was coming 15 minutes ago how is my drink taking you even longer?

Stopped in during our drive from Chicago to KC as it was near the highway. We each had the pick 2 with sandwiches and soup. Everything was fresh, tasted great, and served hot. The kiosk ordering made the whole process easy, and our meals were ready in about 5 minutes.

Ordered the new croissant sandwich and it was amazing !! Along with Mac and cheese … sooo yummy !! Although don’t ask to have your sandwich cut.

They use day old pastries and bagels, who knows what else. Disappointing. I travel throughout the country and stop by other Panera locations along the way, and it is always fresh. I'm paying full price for stale food, isn't that just wonderful.

This used to be a very good location,however, the last two times I've ordered food here not only did it take a very long time to get the food it was also very poor quality. Soggy sandwiches thrown together and falling apart when unwrapped. I won't be back.
Am I going crazy? Is this flake salt green hued… or is this mold??

Just spent 8.00 for a bowl and soup and bread. Soup was 3/4 full what a rip off! This place has gone down hill badly! Just spoke to a Manager Michael who offered me nothing!!!!!!!!!!!! Even gave the nice drive thru gal a generous tip! Never Again!!
