Wanted to share my experience the other day at this Panera location on 12/16/25. I walked in with my mom speaking toddler and ordered at the kiosk. I then was flustered and walking through the restaurant looking for a table and high chair. A man who I believe was the manager saw me and immediately helped and offered to get the high chair and take it where I wanted it. He then asked if we needed any water cups I said yes so he brought waters with lids and straws for me and my son. A few minutes later he brought my son a cookie and gave him a fist pound. This meant a lot because my son doesn’t communicate verbally so it felt so nice to see someone go the extra step to interact with him! He also asked what the name was on our order so he could get it and bring it to our table so that I didn’t have to leave my son at the table by himself. I was so blown away by the kindness of this manager! This was the first time anyone has ever done anything like that for us in public. So thank you to that manager. I didn’t catch his name, but I will always remember his kindness!

The food was good when I ordered it to be delivered and still surprisingly warm despite the cold weather we’ve been having . But as I was putting all the trash into the bag I noticed that that they called me Smelly on their receipt. What’s even more frustrating that is that a manger would left it go out like that. Definitely don’t feel comfortable ordering or eating there now.

went to Panera Bread to pick up my order, and the experience was flat-out unacceptable. The employee who “helped” me had one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. They were rude, unprofessional, and acted like I was bothering them just by showing up. There was zero effort to communicate, zero respect, and absolutely no reason for the attitude I received. If this is the kind of person Panera chooses to have representing their business, it’s no wonder customers get frustrated. Management seriously needs to address this, because no one should be treated the way I was.

Order through DoorDash pick up, Ordered two 1/2 Sandwiches/Soup, one chicken noodle, one broccoli cheese. Did not get the correct soups, both broccoli, AND NO Sandwiches!

Sooooo slow. I order ahead on the app to save time in the morning before work but every time they are late by at least 5-10 minutes. I just feel like if you knew I was coming 15 minutes ago how is my drink taking you even longer?

Stopped in during our drive from Chicago to KC as it was near the highway. We each had the pick 2 with sandwiches and soup. Everything was fresh, tasted great, and served hot. The kiosk ordering made the whole process easy, and our meals were ready in about 5 minutes.

Ordered the new croissant sandwich and it was amazing !! Along with Mac and cheese … sooo yummy !! Although don’t ask to have your sandwich cut.
