I ordered the 3-finger combo and noticed the portions have gotten much smaller compared to a few months ago. The drive-thru service is fine, but the ventilation inside isn’t great—so be prepared for your clothes to smell if you decide to eat indoors.

We always find a Raising Cane's no matter where we go. Our first taste was in Oklahoma and my son has been hunting them down in every state we wrestle in. Whats not to love about hot fresh crunch chicken fingers, the most amazing cane sauce and the Texas toast that he could eat by the loaf?

This has become our favorite store of the 4 DM area locations.
Their smoothies are a perfect afternoon pick-me-up.
The crinkle cut fries were hot, crispy, nicely salted, not greasy nor dry, and was a fair portion.
The chicken fingers were golden, not overly breaded, hot and perfectly cooked, juicy and tender. Mild flavor, no spices that I could detect, but also no off flavors, good to let the Cane's sauce shine. I couldn't decide what was in the sauce, but I liked it, creamy and little tangy with may a hint of oregano?
I love texas toast and this piece didn't disappoint. Toasty and buttery, maybe a little garlic too?
I also got their lemonade. I don't know if it's fresh made, but it didn't taste fake. Not too sweet, a good balance.

Had to wait over 20 min in line. Not fresh at all. French fries tasted like starch and clay.

Battery at this location tends to be a little softer than the West Des Moines location. Not as crunchy. Otherwise, everything else was good.
The front of house associates definitely needs a course in customer service. The staff doesn't give any welcoming greeting when you walk in and they make it feel like it's an extra part of their job to assist you at the register. The manager on duty on this last visit was at least helpful.

I just had the worst experience in the drive tru, I think there are three children attending there, they were “playing” with me while I was ordering the food, it bothered me so much because they made those who didn’t listen to me and laughed at me I preferred to leave the place, I hope the manager of this store can see the cameras and hire more decent and educated people!

The person at the window was extremely rude and unprofessional. They handed me the wrong drink 3 times before getting the Arnold Palmer correct. (Just sweet tea, then unsweetened, then a mix of both) dont understand why its that difficult when It says right on the receipt Arnold Palmer. I will not be coming back to this location 😤
