I stopped through for the first time at 4:05 pm on July 6th and the two ladies working there gave far and away the best customer service I have gotten in a long time! Sadly I didn't catch their names, but hoping their management sees this, they deserve a raise!

My favorite scooters location. The morning baristas are the best. Never a bad experience
NOV 12TH AT 8:45 AM I ordered and realized afterwards that I didn't have my wallet. The man at the window was AMAZING! They covered the bill and said no worries! Rockstar service. So awesome to have a friendly local coffee shop feel from a drive thru chain. I will continue being a loyal Johnston Scooters customer.

Coffee was lukewarm & lemon berryade was more berry than lemonade. The girls serving were curt and it was evident they didn't care to be there. For dropping $30, I think I'll head to the Caribou up the road next time.

Went to the Scooters in Johnston IA this morning. Ordered a hot drink and breakfast burrito. When they handed me the bag with my burrito in it, some sort of extremely hot residue was on the bag where I grabbed it. It immediately burned my skin. I asked the worker what the black bits were and she casually replied “oh it must be from the pan.” No apology or anything as I pulled off some substance from my hand. As I drove away I had to get an ice cube from the water I had because my hand was so hot. 7 hours later I have a welt forming on my hand. Very disappointing because Scooter's has always been my favorite and their customer service is something they’ve always excelled on before.
Friendly but inept: Consistenly receive drinks that are overflowing and have had to go back home to change my work attire twice because staff overfills cups. This is a problem, please coach your team.

The employees here have been nice, so no reflection on them. But I've found Scooter's coffee to be not that great and (in my opinion) quite over-priced. Also, the last time I was overcharged on my drink and have contacted the corporate help email twice with no response.

This Scooters consistently messes up my order. Last time, I ordered a lucky leprechaun on the app, and they handed me something that looked like chocolate or caramel... I asked very politely if that was the lucky leprechaun (I hadn't had it before, so maybe it wasn't bright green like the pictures), and they let out a big sigh and rushed back to make the right one. Today, I asked for a large blender, received a small. I asked for a bacon ciabatta sandwich, recieved some sort of... burrito?? And no idea what I actually paid for, considering she didn't give me a total or provide a receipt.They have also gotten SO slow in the mornings. I watched a line of 6 cars form behind me while they made the order for the person in front of me. Then only after I paid at the window did they start my order... Can't imagine how grumpy the people behind me were getting.Guess I'll drive a little further for Starbucks from now on.
