Ordered 3 drinks and tater tots. There were 3 cars in front of us in the drive thru. We waited 30 minutes and the line had not moved a single car. Still 3 cars away from the window we decided to leave. Not sure how long it would've taken to actually get our order, but wasn't interested in finding out.

The place isn't perfect, but if you're patient you can get some of the best burgers and dogs, fries and drink portions I've had in a long time! I recommend a Smash Burger.
They just need better workers. They get overwhelmed when they get busy instead of being better employees and doing their jobs correctly.

For one.. it seemed like the whole staff was teenagers with no “supervision”. I waited for almost 20 minutes.. with no response but a muffed sound. When we finally tried to order it sounded like the drive thru team member had the mic in their mouth. Then waited another good 15+ minutes for the food. When I got home and started to eat… the burger patties were so small, shriveled and burnt. This over all was the worst service I have received from Sonic. I will not be returning to this location.

We waited a while to get service, the speakers are broken. But the young man working today did his best to keep things flowing. We got a wrong drink. Without us acknowledging it he realized it and fixed it right away. All of our food was correct, warm and good. I think the facility needs a little love. That would help everyone.
Bro. Waited in line for 30 min order wasn’t taken. Drove to window and dude couldn’t care less that their headset wasn’t working. They know it wasn’t working but don’t care. Took 50 min for two drinks. Will not be back. Do better Sonic. We also cleared out the 8 cars waiting for their order to be taken. You’re welcome

I've tried going here several times and without fail the service is horrible. Consistently several order screens are down, workers walking out carrying food with saggy pants, and abhorrent wait times. Every single time I go I usually have to wait bare minimum 10 minutes just to speak to someone. Waiting in the drive thru is a great way to waste any spare time you have because you can be in there for upwards of 40 minutes on busy days. Food is find and what I expect from fast food, if not better, but that just doesn't make up for the wait times and poor service. I'm constantly watching people come in try to order and just leave without getting anything. I would say at least half of the people that try to go through the drive thru leave before reaching the first window and a third before reaching the speaker. It's plain awful. If you want to get anything I really do suggest you order ahead, any other way is a waste of time and money.
