Since i cant leave a secind review, 8 months later after the first one still absolutely terrible customer service. One headset to cover drive through and stall side. Thats ridiculous, id 100% recommend just going down the road to literally anywhere else. Ever after filing reports the first time nothing is better. Absolutely garbage. Sat in drov through for 30 mins and no one answered. Opened at 10 n answer. Terrible place

I placed an order on the app ahead of time, when I pulled up, I was the only car in the parking lot. It then took the 2 people inside 45 minutes to get me 2 drinks! Absolutely ridiculous!

I had multiple issues on an order back in October and online customer service was no help. The general manager Aona reached out to me and has been nothing but helpful! She offered to remake my entire order to make up for the issues. I arrived this evening and spoke with her. The order remake was amazing and fresh. She is an awesome GM and I highly recommend this location!

When taking my order, the guy wouldn't speak up. Didn't bring me a fork for the coney i ordered, that fine. But when i girlfriend goes in to get one she comes out crying because they were making rude and frankly inappropriate comments about her. The staff also came out yelling and cussing. If this is how you operate then wow. The lady who brought the food out was amazing however. Only reason I'd ever coke back!!!
Never have I ever had a guy taking my order yell because he is having issues hearing an order. Not only mine but the guy next to me. Ordered and the screen was wrong but when I said something he can't hear.

I wish I could give zero stars!!! We had put in an order at 9:52pm and had a 15-20ish minute drive over. We not only waited until nearly 11pm, every car that got there before us was served before us!! To boot they brought us another cars order. Saw a car pull off while we waited. We also could NOT cancel the order for a refund. To really wrap up potentially my WORST fast food experience the TWO DRINKS and CHICKEN WRAP sucked, and was not made correctly. Felt like we literally got pranked.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Two times I placed my order and it was completely wrong both times. I paid $30 and never got a refund. I ordered 2 chili cheese tots, a cheeseburger and some cheddar peppers. The first time I received some pastry things, a chili cheese dog and a regular corn dog. The second order I placed to fix the first order, I received 3 some sort of wraps. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS STORE, IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!
