This is by far the best Subway in the Des Moines metro. I often leave Subways disappointed I went in the first place, wishing I could have just made my sandwich myself as they're sloppily thrown together and zero customer service accompanies them, but not here. Every staff member I have encountered has been so friendly, always greeting me right when I walk in. In particular, the gentleman that has glasses is the absolute best. I always prefer him to make my sandwich because he does such a good job!! The place is always so clean as well, which isn't common for most Subways. The customer service and atmosphere has left me feeling so happy and satisfied on multiple occasions, I thought it time to leave a positive review. Great job!!
