This was only our second visit, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing—so I’ll focus on the most recent.
We were a party of four and ended up being seated for two and a half hours while tables around us turned over multiple times. We understood it was a busy night and tried to be patient, but our server was largely absent, forgot one of our orders, and while very kind personally, did not provide attentive or effective service. Not to mention we spent over $250.
When we shared our concerns with the host stand, we received a brief “sorry about that,” which felt dismissive after such a long and frustrating experience.
Sadly, this was enough to convince us we won’t be returning.

Me and my wife came In last week and our waitress chantel, who we have got as our server multiple times. She Is amazing each time we come In and my wife loves her, even when we bring In our kid, she makes our experience super fun and enjoyable.The main reason we are writing this review Is because we came In again and seen that she was working and asked If we could be seated with her and we were told no. When my wife asked why, we were told that Linda who we were also told Is the manager said no even though we requested her. We were just upset because we were wondering why or what kind of policy you have at this restaurant where we can't be seated with the server that we like. We will still be coming back, we just hope that this was just a one time thing and we are aloud to get the waitress that we want when we do come back.

All Wasabi's are amazing. Very friendly staff and the food is great. Very good Happy Hour as well!!
My husband and I arrived at opening. We were seated but left after being there for 25 minutes with menus. Two other tables were seated and waited on during this time. On the way out the server did say, have a nice day.
The Gyudon is amazing and the only place in town that I believe sells it. Will definitely come back specifically for this dish!

The sushi was fresh and excellent! Big kudos to the chef. The restaurant atmosphere was great. What Ruined the whole experience was sitting at the bar and listening to the Manager for 25 min recounting all of her personal issues to a random therapist sitting next to us. Her eyes never looked up to us as she was in an intense therapy session. Topics were Dad, step dad, ex husband, her son, and drugs. We heard it ALL. We’re not against therapy but there’s a time and a PLACE. She left the waitress that was working to pick up her slack at the bar as well as the restaurant. If you visit the restaurant for the awesome food….get a table!

I will be honest I had a bad experience, but I had to give them another chance. Kaitlyn was our server and she most definitely deserved a raise and a promotion to higher management. She has changed my previous review in to a negative into a positive. We only go if Kaitlyn is working. As her customer service and attention to personal space is top notch.
