Subway has been making a big comeback for me. The new flavors and sauces make for some amazing flavor combinations. Big fan.

As i walked out and my bag ripped the employee said “oh well” also they never changed their gloves and someone in my house is allergic to something someone else got. it’s a good thing that the person who got the item made their sandwich last. LEARN TO CHANGE GLOVES!

did not open on time when they were supposed to open. very upset!!!
Never stocked up on toppings. I have gone in 3 separate times for a breakfast sandwich and I have been told they are out of eggs. Don’t know if they are really out or just to lazy to go in freezer and get some to warm up.

App leaves much to desire...on top of app issues, my sandwich was not toasted, missing sauce and didn't have the extra avocado I paid extra for. The cold cut combo was for later, but I checked due to the first one being incorrect, it was missing 2 of the 3 meats...! Not a great experience! I would have gone straight back, but ordered too close to closing time. I was the only order up...no excuses, I would be less mad if they were swamped, short staffed or something, but they weren't. Still waiting to hear from corporate.

“They forgot to cut my pizza, and it look bad. We had to cut the pizza ourselves smh. Them cookies do be smackin though.” I got confused whether this was at Washington or Kalona. Turns out this was in Washington. Sorry about that.
