I ordered the crispy royal honey mustard got into my car and once I went into the bag and grabbed my food. The food was cold. Called the manager and by the sound of her voice she didn't care. All she said was okay. In a tone of voice saying she really didn't care.
The last three times I've been here weather it be with my family with friends or by myself I've been treated rudely been told to pull around to the front for a small wait that ended up taking 15 - 25 minutes extra. One of the incidents I was cussed out by the manager for asking if they were short staffed. Used the mobile app to place an order at 1140a. Went through the drive thru to pick up order about 1155a. Was told to pull around to front and finally got order at 1217p. Ordered a whopper onion rings and single cheese burger. Did not get the onion rings and the time spent waiting was ridiculous. Very poor service will not be back any time soon
