Stopped in for a meal with 2 grandchildren, a group of teens came in being loud and using filthy language, We ask personnel to control the group but we got treated like it was our problem. Parents need to know where their kids are and what kind of actions they are doing.
I stopped by this McDonald's on the way to work one morning. The service was quick and fast. I was able to use my code for a discount. The food was perfect and delicious.
I specifically asked if there were ketchup packets in the bag, they said yes. They also lied, no ketchup packets.

McDonald's in Keokuk is known for its fast drive-through service and fresh food. The restaurant offers a variety of meals, such as the #5 and the #2b meal. However, there have been instances where orders have been messed up, causing customers to have to return and get the missing items. Many customers have reported delays in service, with some waiting ten to fifteen minutes for simple orders, which has led to frustration. Despite these issues, the restaurant remains popular for its clean environment and friendly staff. One reviewer noted that the service was the best they had ever experienced there, highlighting a pleasant manager. The food quality varies, as some have enjoyed hot and fresh fries, while others have mentioned problems with the bread being hard and dry. Overall, this McDonald's is still considered one of the best visited since the pandemic, though improvements in service speed and order accuracy are needed.
