“We love Little Caesar's Pizza (especially the pretzel crust!), but more importantly, the service at this location is so good! We usually drive through and their employees are always so upbeat and cheerful. On one occasion, they'd forgotten to do pretzel crust for us. They asked us to pull to the window so they could talk to us in-person, where they explained what had happened. They assured us that they were working quickly to complete the pretzel crust pizzas, but offered us the regular crust ones, as well, along with their apologies. On other occasions, if we arrive too early, they make sure to get our order to us as quickly as possible and never make us feel like an inconvenience for coming to the window before it was time.
Happy employees and great customer service are hard to come by anymore, but this location always has both!“
