I'll tell you. We ordered 2 triple cheese burgers, no pickles.The pickles used to be good at the Knoxville, Iowa McDonald's, they are pretty bad now, so we ask them to leave them off. Also they put so muck ketchup on them that it was all over the paper it was wrapped in, and you couldn't taste the burger, only taste of ketchup. Fries arebarely warm, unless you ask for hot, fresh fries. It is sad, because this place used to be very good, compared to some of the other McDonald's. No, I'm not having a bad day. I would just like it fixed. We make a special 50 mile trip, just to go there to eat, only to be let down. We look forward to it. It's just sad how bad the Knoxville, Iowa McDonald's has gotten. All we can do is ? pray!

Customer service was not good. Ordered at the kiosk and waited to pay, and many orders were submitted and dispensed ahead of me. Multiple associates walked past me without acknowledging me. Someone came in after me ordered a large order and had their food while i waited so i left.

I’ve given this location multiple chances to improve and the only thing consist is the lack of quality for the food. The chicken nuggets are always rubber and the fries soggy and cold. You reach out to customer service and it’s nice they offer a free meal, however, it doesn’t make it better when the food is the same way the next time you go back. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of training on when the food needs to be tossed, but I’m done with giving them chances. If you want good food, go next door to the Dairy Queen or Subway.

So just went through this one for breakfast. Got pancakes and a burrito. We ordered extra syrup. Got our order. Had no napkins, no syrup, no silverware. So had to turn around and go back through drive thru asked for everything we are missing. Get to the window and the guy at the window, all mad throws open the window pretty much throws what we are. Missing at us, and says "I need you to get out of my window" and slams it shut. They were not even busy. Worst service of any McDonald's I've ever had. Will not come back

Drive-thru was closed, no signs saying this. Kiosk inside not working. Ordered 2 - 6 piece nuggets. 2 small fries and 2 drinks. Waited 25 minutes and did not get drinks or sauce for nuggets as ordered. Had to wait additional time again for drinks and sauce when it was on the ticket. Horrible experience.
