I come here often, most of the time it’s good service, a little slow at times but understandable given the amount of customers.That said the last two times I’ve been, I’ve had my order messed up and didn’t get any ounce of an apology from a staff member. 3½ stars is good for this McDonald's. The service is never great, and the food is hit or miss. It is either great, or it sucks. It's a 50/50 shot each time we go. But thier Sweet Tea is ALWAYS ON POINT. And being from the south, this is why I keep going back.

Standard McDonald's, I lowered my food expectations years ago when it comes to McD's. They have fooled with things too much, but that happens with most chains. Just keep that in mind for further posts .Also fought with the mobile app after they changed it not that long ago, I "think" it has leveled out again, but I am holding off on the final word there.
