I was an assistant manager in Ottumwa for years and this is ridiculous. 3 days ago got home with 1/4 little thick burger bread hard cheese hard burger cold and hard. went to get another today since I called in. Couldn't find my name in the book and tried to give me a slider. Get home and some one pulled the fries early and chicken strips that I also ordered were not fresh, they were limp and rubbery. Will not go back.
