Loved this place. The reason for only for stars was the ribs had a little tug to them and had some flavor to them but still a decent rib. The slaw was good but i really liked the cheesy corn. Place was dim in the Maine part of the dining area, but over all definitely a place I will visit again when I come back next year for the Sprint Car Nationals.
Probably the best bbq in iowa for me, settle down that's not hard to do. But it is consistent with good flavor and always have every thing on the menu. I like the brisket but not how it's cut now, go back to thicker, not shaved slices. Good ribs and sides pork has been good also.

We eat here quite often and enjoy that it is a local BBQ shack next to the Knoxville racetrack. The 4 rib special is my fav and you need to ask for onion rings as your side. All the sides are good but not always fresh. If you’re in Knoxville and want good BBQ, this is your spot to visit.
