About The Dairy Cup

The Dairy Cup is a long-standing, family-owned restaurant in central America that serves up soft serve ice cream and grilled fare. Despite the cool weather, the sunny atmosphere and generous portions of fudgy sundaes with marshmallow cream and cherries make it a crowd-pleasing destination. The grilled chicken sandwiches and chili-smothered fries are also local favorites, and the pork tenderloin with crisp crust is a delicious lunch option. Customers often praise the burgers, especially noting a fabulous jalapeno sauce and large servings of fries. The tenderloin is well-seasoned with a hint of black pepper, and the malt is thick with a good cherry flavor. The fries, often enjoyed with the house sauce, are delicious. The restaurant has picnic tables and outdoor seating, making it a nice spot for good weather, although there is no indoor seating. Even when busy, the staff manages to serve quickly. The chef’s friendly visit and the welcoming environment make it a place visitors are eager to return to.

Stopped by the Dairy Cup for some eats after watching GU volleyball. Jokingly gave Rob and the crew a hard time about some menu items. They were great! Ordered the Angus barbecued brisket sandwich and it was great (tasty, tender, juicy, well smoked, good sauce and small bun). Small bun, which I really appreciate, with a generous serving of meat (I don’t like having to eat a giant bun to get to the barbecue, which is what I really want). My wife and daughter really enjoyed made...read full review
