My family of 7 road trips and we were on the way to Colorado from Illinois. We stopped here as our first stop at 7:40 in the morning after driving for 3 hours. Our order was correct and ready by the time we paid. We had multiple variations on the same thing ie: oatmeal regular, oatmeal no sugar, egg mcmuffin with or without cheese or ham. It's your basic McDonald's. The staff is very nice and don't seem to hate life I guess. You will almost always have a wait but they are happy to bring it out to your car.
Kind of a weird drive through that wraps up and around the attached convenience floor but my kids loved it, said it felt like a roller coaster and there are great views of the Mississippi from the parking lot.
