“I called in an order for pick up. I tried to explain the the person on the phone what I wanted. I must have screwed ordering it. When I got there. The manager walked in behind me. I explained to the person checking me out that I must not have explained it correctly. Fajabo, come to find out I pronounced it wrong. They gave me a a fajita bowl. The manager went back and told the chefs that I wanted a Fajabo and within a couple mins he came out with it. He only charged me for the Fajabo and gave me the other one for free. I explained that I was the screwed up and he said it was not a problem. Love this place!! That is great customer service!! By the way the food was AMAZING!!! COULDNT BE MORE HAPPY!!!“

“Just all around one of the best tasting Mexican restaurants and restaurant in general. From friends, to family, to dates it's beautiful inside, plenty of tvs for different shows/sports on, bar is well stocked, and the patio is great during the outdoors seasons. Service was quick, friendly, food took very little time to come out and it was hot and fresh.

We were served with a smile and any extra fixings we wanted. Everything served on different plates. It is small with additional parking lot offered off the side street.“

“We wanted a place to eat some food at 9:30pm on Friday night. We wanted to sit down together and talk while enjoying Mexican food. We really picked the right place. The meal was authentic and so was everyone there. We thought we had found the best Mexican yet, honestly. Each of us felt we got a good deal of food and a good deal on the food, not to mention very tasty with great sauces, too. Highly recommended! Mine was so filling and couldn’t have asked for a better dish. I ordered rice and beans on the side. “We went to Rudys today for lunch for their taco bar buffet, and it was really fantastic. They had Hartshell and softshell tacos along with beans and rice and a plethora of toppings. They also had my favorite, chocolate pudding! Will be returning. Check it out. Price was extremely reasonable.“

“Visited Pancheros for the first time today I was a little nervous because people have always told me it’s just like it’s competition which i don’t like at all but I’m trying to step out of my comfort zone and give things a try again, but let me say though the concept is similar they don’t even compare in my eyes. Today i received amazing customer service from the man and woman at the front of house today they were very patient with all of my questions and helpful in helping me decide what to try, again with comparison to the “competition” we settled on the burrito because the gentleman guaranteed I’d like it more here, and he was not wrong it was genuinely a 9/10 for me i hate burritos usually but again I'm trying to step out of my comfort zone and try things again to expand my food horizons. I’m half Hispanic so I’m usually hitting the local spots that are small but i will definitely be back here in the future because of the quality and customer service! Also the carbonation on that soda machine is crazy amazing honestly had a pretty “spicy” or “electric” coke there today dang near or if i dare say actually better than a McDonalds one ! 10/10 from a new customer thank you Pancheros!“

“The food was good, the Margaritas were amazing. We ate at the counter. We were watched 👀 the entire time. Literally stared at and felt totally rushed. I got up to use the restroom and the little handicapped girl reached out to take our drinks. I have nothing against under privileged people working. I want to know why the 2 waitresses let this happen? If there is a next time, we'll be sitting at a table as far from the counter as we can possibly get!“
