This is a great dive bar! You have to try it. Gem on the river. When they serve food till 1:00am you question what you're going to get. This place served the absolute best hamburgers. My husband demolished his. The meat was seasoned really well. Service was great, staff friendly and prices more than reasonable!!!!
They have some fried appetizers, burgers and a few sandwiches. Freshly made burgers, you pick the toppings. Pretty delicious for bar food. Friendly and easy. Free popcorn while you wait for the food.

Le Claire is a really cute town but I couldn't decide what to grab for lunch. Settle on this for a burger based on other reviews but to be honest I wasn't confident when I drove up. The place is clean and nice (for a place that has a pool table as you walk in. There was only one person working most of the time but dang she was on it! Food was hot and tasty. She cooked and served. Eventually a server showed up. I was surprised to see lots more women having lunch here than guys...read full review
