Terrible service. Employees always seem to be on their phones at night. 50 percent of the time they are out of a major food either being chicken strips or bananas has been our experience . This would be the 3rd or 4th time they have been out of chicken strips. Last time I went through they forgot to give the ice cream we ordered for pick up with our meal. Never had this problem at any other Dairy Queen. Just Lemars
The last 3 times I have went to LeMars Iowa DQ the service was horrible very slow. Today I had to tell them my order 4 times before they got it right. The lady at the drive through today tried to charge my over $18 bucks for one medium blizzard with snickers,Reese’s and Butterfinger. When it came to the 4th time telling her what I ordered she ended up getting a very bad attitude with me. Never apologized for her misunderstanding.
