I’ve been coming here since it has been opened and today I had the worst experience. The teas I got are two different colors and the lighter one just tasted like water. I understand that the darker one is steeped more compared to the other; but when I asked about it all I got was attitude back. I hadn’t got my bagel yet that I ordered and paid for, so I waited and mentioned I was waiting for my bagel. In return, the bagel was thrown across the counter to me. I found this extremely unprofessional and rude. Happy thanksgiving I guess.

The address on Google is wrong. Apple Maps has the right location. We tried to go at 11 AM on a Friday when the hours online say 6 AM - 4:30 PM and the door was locked with no one inside. Complete waste of time.
