We just hosted a birthday/graduation party and had Whatcha Smokin’ catered.
They really made the event 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
The delivery and set up was quick, easy, professional, and the gentleman bringing the catering in was so personable.
The food, of course, was phenomenal.
We ordered brisket, smoked turkey, coleslaw, mac n cheese, and cheesy potatoes. I opted for the stands and sternos additionally and added cornbread.

We had an excellent server, called everyone "My Friend" :). We sat in the back barn. Atmosphere was excellent. Brisket and Ribs were amazing. All the food was great, our friends loved it as well. I prefer their fries with no seasoning because they have sugar in the seasoning. This place is a gem and real deal texas slow smoke.
First, the foods were good. Fries and corn bread were impressive. Meats were also good, but not very uniquely good.
Secondly and the more importantly, even the foods were good they really didn’t worth the waiting time. My family waited over 45 mins for meat only, and we were not aware of that we had to wait so long. Nobody told us even the field was full of angry people waiting.
