After reading that they had Iowa’s best tenderloin in 2023, we decided to check them out. We were not disappointed. The tenderloin was just as ordered. I had pickles and onions, while my husband got the lettuce and tomatoes on his. Cliff's place is your classic midwest lunch and dinner diner. Fantastic food and service, a wonderful atmosphere, and you can tell that the locals love it.
I had the pork tenderloin sammich, and it was divine. Highly recommend.
The salad bar looked like it had seen better days, but it was later in the day so it may have already been ransacked.

Cliff’s had the feel of an old diner. The food was great Midwest cooking. The staff were very friendly and the diner was clean. The salad bar was great with home-made salads. This is a hidden gem for sure.
