We came here for my mom's birthday specifically so we could eat outside. That was her only request for her birthday. Unfortunately we found out when we got there that they don't serve outside. Or let you take food to-go and eat it outside. With all the tables set up along the water I don't quite understand that. It isn't much further of a walk for waitresses. It should be noted on their website that you can't eat ouside. Especially when they have pictures of the tables along the water on the website. Food was good but felt pressured to only order the special. Our wine was served in plastic cups.

Do not go here it is not worth the wait and the food is not cooked right. There was a 45 minute wait to get in and when we got inside the service was hurried and terrible, when we finally got seated the staff FORGOT OUR MENU and when we got one the menu was a shortened one for "busy times" the staff seemed annoying when asked what is on the menu for drinks and when we asked questions about the menu the waiter took SOMEONE ELSES FOOD to show us the fries of the day (I still do not know what my options were)
When we finally got our food the staff did not check on us a single time and we had to harass the waiter to get refills
When ordering drinks the waiter kept correcting us on the names... like show me where on the menu the correct name is then... just kidding there is no menu.
Vegetarian options: There are no vegetarian options per what I saw on their shortened menu
Dietary restrictions: I do not know what options there were, the staff was in a hurry to get rid of us

We got there at 5 got seated after 7. Sat there another 1/2 hr took order. Came back with drinks 1/2 hr later got food shortly after that. Had to wait again for refill. Next time came back with 2 pieces of fish for 4 people. We were told that's all that was up for her to bring us. So just left not getting all we could eat. We saw one table get at least 5 big heaping platters full of fish. Not good service.
Waited over 2 hours (when told a hour wait) to be sat at a four person table when we had 4 adults and 2 kid, they had six person table available right next to us. Didn’t have half the items on menu left. Won’t be back. Not worth the wait.

Have enjoyed Bluff Lake since before it was Bluff Lake. It's commercialized a bit, and the crowd isn't as big, it just means more fish for me!! Great relaxing place.
Parking: Parking is a bit tricky as the lot is part of the Bluff side.
