I had the nicest delivery driver, food was here quickly and it was all great, fresh my fries were even fresh. It looks well prepared and I got an extra sauce without asking, everything was great thank you to the workers on June 16th between 2-3 pm
Edit: they also gave me an extra chicken nugget! 11 instead of 10 thank you guys

I don’t think I have ever been to this McDonald’s without getting pulled ahead. I could order one soda and I would have to pull around. Even when I get pulled around for food it comes out FREEZING. I do not understand. It just gets annoying. Instead of sending people outside to deliver the bags USE THEM TO FINSIH ORDERS.

My town is small so there is not a lot of drive up places .50% of the time i have to go back cause i have someone elses order of something is missing or sandwich has stuff you requested it didnt have .. worst plade ive ever been.tonight got home no fries so i went back manager was not friendly or mean. Got home my sandwich had onions and pickle and i swear a half a bottle of catsup.prices went up and so did the stupidity. Or their heads went farther up their ass.

Service was prompt. Staff checked on us during our meal. Clean tables and restrooms. The best service and cleanest I've EVER experienced at a mcdonalds!

My last probably 10 experiences have been nothing short of outright horrible food service! I come to this McDonald’s religiously because it’s the closest “cheap” breakfast on the go. More for my pregnant woman. I went there today to get breakfast a little behind schedule and when I pulled up the line was over 20+ cars and was busy inside as well, I went inside and waited over 5 minutes in front of the register and not one person looked at me. Once I went to order with this lady she could not manage to find one thing I asked for on her screen, she said and I QUOTE! “ I’ll just let them know what you got in the back” then proceeds to put that I wanted a sausage McMuffin + McGriddle with NO CHEESE OR EGG! I asked for a sausage egg & cheese McMuffin and McGriddle both had neither egg nor cheese on them just plain pattys with a stupid piece of sausage. I will not be going back considering everything that went wrong it’s not the first time and I know it won’t be the last. Maquoketa food service is a disgrace at McDonald’s

Went through drive through burger was burnt and didn't get the entire order in the bag. Wife called and whomever answered gave her attitude very unprofessional.

This place is disgusting! Live and dead flies all over. Dirty floors and dirty tables. Staff are in the kitchen laughing and joking when obviously there is work to be done.

Food doesn't equal the cost. Way to expensive. $3,09 for small fries, who are you kidding. Will not go back until they lower their prices.

I just left there and opened up my sandwiches and I just want to say whoever made these sandwiches definitely need a raise All I got was a McChicken and a McDouble and both sandwiches are perfect
