Every single time without fail my food is cold and the incorrect order and whenever I ask to have it replaced or remade I receive attitude for bringing up that THEY messed up a plain burger not only once but every time.

I go thru the drive thru probably 3 times a day...everytime CJ is polite, helpful, pleasant..I think he should be a lead person.
The service totally tucked. The cashier was too busy giving away food and talking to her friends to wait on me. The distraction caused her to get my order wrong,

Ordered decaf coffee. Waited and when finally received it was cold. Asked for a new one and had to wait for a fresh pot to perk. I waited a total of 15 minutes all together for a cup of coffee!!!!!
