Scooter's Coffee offers a variety of drinks, including a peppermint mocha, fresh brewed Toffee Nut, and chai tea. The ordering process is easy and the service is known for its happiness and smiles. However, there have been some issues with order accuracy in the past. Despite this, the company has shown a willingness to rectify mistakes, as demonstrated by their response to a customer's complaint about a wrong chai tea order.
