Worse Subway ever! Bread was stale, Chicken was cold after it was heated up. Cheese was just thrown on much like all my veggies. There will be no 2nd time for us!

Really disappointed in my sandwich, 5 pieces of turkey on my footlong. Prices also range everytime I go in even though I get the same thing. Pretty much a lettuce sandwich.

Staff were cross contaminating all of the sandwiches, also burnt the bacon a few times before they got it, and just complaining the whole time. There will not be a next time!

Theo order was given on the app. When I went to pick it up at the time designated on the app, they hadn't even started them yet. When I got them home and unwrapped they were not right. This is the third time & there will never be a 4th.

This location is a contender for the most rundown Subway in Iowa as well as the least friendly staff. This location is unable to accept/ process credit cards so bring cash. We picked up 5 sandwiches for lunch at work. Everyone's biggest complaint was that the bread seemed left over, certainly not freshly baked. Sandwiches were very light on meat and cheese. The price seems excessive for what we got.

Ordered 4 subs and all were inedible. Flatbread was not cooked on one. 2nd one was missing the bacon and the chicken was never cooked. The last 2 were coated with mannonase which was not ordered.When we called (ordered pickup) we were told we should have been more specific when we ordered online thar we wanted the meat cooked since we didn't want the bread toasted on the chicken sandwich and we should have asked for the Flatbread to be cooked.Will never eat there again as they serve unsafe food!

The Subway located in Maquoketa is by far the worse Subway I have dined in. Poor service, poor knowledge of how sandwiches should be prepared, Unfriendly attitude from the staff. I ordered a BLT. She asked if I wanted the bacon heated or the sandwich toasted. I asked for the sandwich with the bacon, provolone cheese and onions to be toasted. I then added tomato, lettuce, salt and pepper. When I sat down and took a bite of my sandwich the bacon was rubbery and almost raw (disgusting) I took it back up and showed them and said, In the future you should guide a customer like me through your process. If this sandwich presents itself better by warming the bacon separately before toasting the sandwich I would have been okay with that. I come here to not have to think about meal preparation. I should not have to guess how they are to prepare my sandwich.

Don't come in 20 before closing, they will complain the whole time you are ordering and then ask you to leave 5 minutes before closing, and you get to sit on the curb in front of their business and eat your sandwiches so they can clean up and close. Great after having a long day of driving.

Wow! I've been to a lot of Subway stores but this one was awesome. I pretty much get the same sandwich, but this one was so good. Italian herb and cheese bread was outstanding and the sandwich perfect.
