This is what you get when you order curly fries. It used to only happen occasionally when they were very busy (which I understood) but now this is how the curly fries come every time I order them. Just little, soggy pieces of fries, most smaller than the logo on the bag. Might as well not even say they’re curly fries anymore.

Arby's new fried turkey gobbler is so good! 👍🏻😊 The steak nuggets are awesome too, tender and juicy. The new apple pie shake is delicious too. ☺️ Great environment, and very clean restaurant. Keep up the good work guys!

This is the worst Arby’s and customer service is horrible I went and got a buffalo chicken slider the slider was crispy but the meat was transparent

Stopped Friday 7-18 because around 10:30 pm (google said they were open till 12 pm otherwise I wouldn’t have stopped) ordered food for both myself and my son, paid about $21..sticker on window said 11. I wouldn’t have stopped if I knew they were getting ready to close, the guy didn’t give me my receipt and we got our food and went home. The food was so bad, I couldn’t tell if the French fries we so old or if they were half frozen and the meat was cold. Called the store and the guy recommended me and he said he had my receipt. I didn’t understand why before ordering my food why I couldn’t of been informed they were closing and why would they serve food that shouldn’t have been served and how would he feel if he was served that? He took my name and number and said a manager would call me back in the morning..it’s now Thursday and I have not heard from anyone and i paid for food that we couldn’t even eat because it was so gross. I’m gonna be calling corporate and I will not be eating at Arby’s going forward, don’t take money from customers if the food quality shouldn’t be served.
