Had a chicken crisp sandwich meal. The chicken was cold and could tell it was cooked in old oil ( I’m a former District Manager). Fries were also cold. My food sat for several minutes before it was served, no reason why it should have been that long of a wait. Outside of that, the crew were completely top notch and were calling customers by their names, great to see. Overall experience was good just wish the food was better especially at lunch time. (11:30am).

Food is pretty good in the day but 9:30 pm to 11:00 pm at least at the marion BK they joke around at the customers and give you old dry food

I waited for twenty minutes for my food. It was only me and one other car in the drive threw. The kid prepping the bags just stood there on his phone and playing with his hair. By the time I got my food it was cold, a lady came to the window and apologized and instead of making everything fresh she handed me the food that was sitting on the counter in the bag.

I'd placed a mobile order on 10/05 but when I got to the store they told me they'd had a power outage and couldn't fill it or refund it. They gave me the local corporate number to call for a refund, which I did and left a message, and they never called me back. When I contacted main corporate, they told me there was nothing they could do because, by that time, the order was over 7 days old. Trash customer service and now I'm out $30 and redeemed points for nothing. Won't be back.

This is the 2nd time we've been to BK and not been waited on in the drive up! They took 3 cars from the other intercom and NEVER alternated. Someone needs to learn how that works or only open one lane if you can't get anyone smart enough to affirmative!

This morning 9/19 at 7:29am I went through drive through with my 3 year old. He was having a bad morning and my anxiety was high. I ordered him French toast sticks. As I pulled up to the window he was upset. The lady in the drive through took her time to talk to him through the window and gave him a crown. This turned him into smiles and made my anxiety lower. She was amazing and you are lucky to have her. I wish I would have gotten her name. Not many people take the extra time and show to kindness anymore.

They need to change logo to have it our way because you definitely not getting it your way! I miss burger King so I go and and order my food asked for everything made fresh cause nothing better than a whopper made with fresh burgers. To no prevail I get fresh fries and a cold burger . Happens all the time . It isn't that hard to slap a frozen patty on a conveyer and slap on a bun.
