Never a disappointment at any location. This staff was EXCEPTIONAL! They forgot part of my sons meal and gave him a free drink along with it to make uo for it. They were pleasant and upbeat. They were severely shorthanded and still making the best of it and making their customers feel welcome and wanted. Attitude is EVERYTHING. You all deserve raises ♡♡♡

Fail, as much what I ordered I didn't get and the food I got was cold and nasty,tossed it because didn't want to wait in line for another 15 min.I'm also confused that they said they had to Cooke batch of new eggs but it was cold,couldn't even eat it.I live by the one in Galesburg,i so i know how it supposed to taste.Maybe you guys just having a bad day

Worst Burger King experience, all of my food was cold and the people working were extremely rude. I ordered an arrangement of food and it was all undercooked, the food would probably taste better reheated. To top it all off the person taking my order was not nice. I would not recommend coming here and suggest to just go to the next nearest one.
New remodeled building. Clean. Prices are getting crazy for fast food. I avoid it when possible because I'm cheap and can make 100% better at home. I just happened to be here because a friend took me to lunch. Imo too expensive

Went to burger king and order the impossible whopper something new to try and order one before was awesome however this one was 100% made wrong and yes i couldn't even take a bite after opening the wrapper up and seeing a huge mess and yes that the bottom of the bun just gross wet and gross to touch nothing was placed right so we took it back right away and showed the manager and asked how is anyone supposed to eat this.?She was extremely upset with the employee's and asked who made this .? and said we can make another one i said no way i lost my appetite i dont ever want to come here again and the old lady employee gave me a rude look like it was my fault i order that sandwich just wow. However i got my full refund of my complete order which was nice and maybe they should have more training because wow.! This is why i enjoy homemade cooking
