Was really looking forward to have a good meal on Sunday. I was so disappointed with the service and food. I waited 15 minutes or more for my food. When I did get it was very cold.the lines in this place were long. I could not even to the counter to say something. It was so crowd . I took my food home to heat it up. I was inside. I will never never come back. Disappointed to this Culver’s.

I just went there went inside they had like 5 workers that were just playing and joking around they didn't give us everything we ordered and burnt one ot the burgers I ask for mayo added they put a drop this is crazy

Food is always good! For some reason, this Culvers takes longer than any other Culvers I have been to, but good is always fresh and staff are great!
The food is always delicious and the whole place is kept clean. The staff is kind and it's STILL more affordable than McDonald's (food is better, too)

My wife is a big fan of your custard ice cream and I've been there many times over the last couple years while she was pregnant. It seems every single time I make a simple ice cream order it's been wrong. I get how if I had a complicated order that it could happen every so often but the amount of times I've gotten vanilla instead of chocolate or the wrong size is starting to border on absurd. I don't even use the drive through anymore. I go inside because more than likely the order will come up wrong and I have to point to my receipt and ask them to please remake it because this wasn't what I asked for. I get that they are a busy location and they have a lot of young kids but there has to be a way to have more accurate orders. We have stopped ordering the food there entirety because it's always wrong as well.

Ordered cod fish meal and salad to go. They forgot the tartar sauce for the fish and the salad dressing. Milkshakes looks very watery. Overall not really worth the money
