I just went there went inside they had like 5 workers that were just playing and joking around they didn't give us everything we ordered and burnt one ot the burgers I ask for mayo added they put a drop this is crazy

Food is always good! For some reason, this Culvers takes longer than any other Culvers I have been to, but good is always fresh and staff are great!

The food is always delicious and the whole place is kept clean. The staff is kind and it's STILL more affordable than McDonald's (food is better, too)

My wife is a big fan of your custard ice cream and I've been there many times over the last couple years while she was pregnant. It seems every single time I make a simple ice cream order it's been wrong. I get how if I had a complicated order that it could happen every so often but the amount of times I've gotten vanilla instead of chocolate or the wrong size is starting to border on absurd. I don't even use the drive through anymore. I go inside because more than likely the order will come up wrong and I have to point to my receipt and ask them to please remake it because this wasn't what I asked for. I get that they are a busy location and they have a lot of young kids but there has to be a way to have more accurate orders. We have stopped ordering the food there entirety because it's always wrong as well.

Ordered cod fish meal and salad to go. They forgot the tartar sauce for the fish and the salad dressing. Milkshakes looks very watery. Overall not really worth the money
Had to pull forward and wait for order, then order was given to someone else so had wait longer for them to bring my order because they remade it. They did however give me a coupon for my troubles!

Slow service. We ordered chocolate custard and reeces pb cups and it came out without reeces pb cups after waiting 12 minutes for 3 single scoop custards and a sprite. Have experienced long wait times other visits as well

I always get the double butter burger with cheese combo mustard and ketchup only with a side of fries and either a Dr Pepper or a Sprite for the drink. Culver's has never let me down. They always get my order right even down to the condiments. The fountain drinks are always good I've never received a pop that was flat or pure carbonation that happens at gas stations all the time. The staff are friendly. And it's always busy there so that tells you something.

They were out of walleye on a Friday at 4:30 in the afternoon during lent. The cod was dripping in grease and they forgot the coleslaw with both of our meals. The burgers have always been good but I do not recommend the fish. We drove 35 minutes to get the walleye meal and was very disappointed they were out at that time of day.
