Have frequented this Culvers over the years. Accuracy of orders placed in the mobile app for carryout pickup have been dismal. According to my phone history I've had to call Sept. 17th, Dec. 1st, and now Jan. 6th because I've arrived home with an incomplete order. Confirmed with the receipt that I ordered the missing items.

Adding to my frustration is that the promised refunds haven't ever come through.

Unfortunately our order was about as inaccurate as possible. Seems to be happening more and more as we do eat there frequently. The last few times there has been something either the wrong food or overcharged in a smaller portion.

We love Culver’s. The food is always great. However, the wait time during this visit was suspiciously long. At least five people who arrived well after I did received their food and left while I was still standing there waiting alone. No one checked on my order, and I ended up waiting for quite a while. My order wasn’t anything complicated-just burgers, fries, and cheese curds.

We had been traveling for hours and were excited to finally have Culver’s again after almost four years. She was calling me from the hotel, and I felt bad having to keep telling her that my order still wasn’t ready.

Four times in a row they have gotten my order wrong by forgetting my fries, forgetting condiments or toppings or giving me regular root beer instead of diet.Employees apologize, but it keeps happening. The only reason they get two stars is that they always get the gluten free bun correct. Only ONCE did they send me a coupon for a free concrete mixer, BUT I can't eat that because I have a dairy sensitivity. The only reason I kept going was gluten free options. My most recent visit I paid all that money for a dry grilled chicken with nothing but pickles, fries and regular root beer when I wanted diet. Over $13. I have gone after lunchtime, dinner time when there wasn't a big line and 8 pm. Doesn't matter how busy or slow, the order is always incorrect. The last time, I made the order taker repeat my order back again and he had it correct. The malfunction seems to be in preparation and service areas. I advise going inside to order and asking for a manager after repeated mistakes.
