Used app for a combo meal ( subbed orings +$1.39) and hot dog& regular FF. Arrived at the designated time and had to wait additional 13 minutes. After getting my order, got 5 orings And burnt and cold, and small FF order. Hot dog was barely warm and was missing the condiments that were ordered. Usually this store is good but was drastically understaffed for the business they were doing ( 10 cars in drive thru and 25 people inside). Will have a hard time doing the online ordering...

The people working were friendly and patient while myself and teenage son tried deciding what we would like to the place was clean and the food was Dairy Queen food. Only good thing about today 😀.

We ordered a signature burger using the app to get $1.00 off. I did everything I had to redeem the code with the cashier. He couldn't get the code to work so I ended up paying full price for the burger. He told me the digital coupon expired. It expires 05/26/24 which is today. It used to be my favorite DQ because it is close to where my son lives. There were 4 workers standing around when there was no ketchup packets and the place was dirty.
