This is the worst pizza place ever I’ve order in my life I payed for the pizza was spent $45 and didn’t get my order till now i don’t know where it goes i called and called all they said I didn’t order anything I will never order from any dominos

I never received my birthday offer. Goggle says you get points or a free pizza. You should make sure you follow through with what you are offering.
I would like to speak with your manager. Horrible customer service. I called to see where my food was as app said it was delivered. No food. The guy said it will be there when it gets there he then started yelling at me and called me all kinds of names. I asked to talk to the manager and he refused to let me talk to management.

I ordered online, and Paid at the store. I drove to marion from anamosa. When we arrived, our order was ready to go. It was hot and fresh! They greeted us when we arrived. Drove back home and the food was still warm and delicious! 10/10! We got a meal deal 2 medium 1 toppings pizzas with the new stuffed parmesean crust, cinnamon twists (8) and parmesean bread bites (16) fed a family of 5 with left overs for the next day!

Pizza wasn't cut well.l and had no rise at all. Wings are mushy, like they are breaded. Sauce is good. Delivery driver was nice, good customer service from him

Our family tried it for the first time. Pizza and breadstick bites were tasty. Price was nice. We will probably order it again.

I see a lot of negative reviews for this store, but in my experience, my orders have always been great. The food is always hot and fresh. This is also one of the only pizza places where when I order extra sauce on the pizza, I actually get it. I always get my orders in a good time and the drivers are always friendly.

My only criticism is that the wings and boneless wings could be bigger. However, I think that is more on Dominos as a company and not this store.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and never received it. Got the notification it was on the way and about 15 minutes later, a notification the delivery was complete. No pizza. Then a notification for ‘oops our bad!’ with no explanation. Waiting another 10-15 minutes and tried calling and was on hold for 20+ minutes before deciding to hang up. Pizza showed up an hour later and was cold.

After an hour pizza wasn’t even made. No notification that they were late. Said it was Linn mar football game night. So I guess that means they just don’t do anything. Worthless business that couldn’t care less about their customers.

I rarely leave reviews, but this is ridiculous. I tried ordering online and it would not let me order twists or marinara sauce. So then I called in and the guy took my order and put me on hold and then it hung up. I then called back and was put on hold again and waited another 5 minutes, so I hung up. I have never found it so hard to order a pizza. I order a lot of pizza and will never go back here again. This is wild to me. Thanks!

Just ordered a Memphis bbq chicken,even checked my receipt,they forgot the bbq sauce, not very good,chucked it

Very disappointing pizza and bread. It arrived looking like it had sat on the counter for 20 minutes. It wasn’t even hot. 45 dollars later and totally not worth it. I won’t order from here again. Did I mention the driver pulled the pizza out of his trunk? I had a $20 dollar cash tip waiting for the driver till I seen this. Yuck!
