Domino's Pizza

Our family tried it for the first time. Pizza and breadstick bites were tasty. Price was nice. We will probably order it again.

I see a lot of negative reviews for this store, but in my experience, my orders have always been great. The food is always hot and fresh. This is also one of the only pizza places where when I order extra sauce on the pizza, I actually get it. I always get my orders in a good time and the drivers are always friendly.

My only criticism is that the wings and boneless wings could be bigger. However, I think that is more on Dominos as a company and not this store.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and never received it. Got the notification it was on the way and about 15 minutes later, a notification the delivery was complete. No pizza. Then a notification for ‘oops our bad!’ with no explanation. Waiting another 10-15 minutes and tried calling and was on hold for 20+ minutes before deciding to hang up. Pizza showed up an hour later and was cold.

After an hour pizza wasn’t even made. No notification that they were late. Said it was Linn mar football game night. So I guess that means they just don’t do anything. Worthless business that couldn’t care less about their customers.

I rarely leave reviews, but this is ridiculous. I tried ordering online and it would not let me order twists or marinara sauce. So then I called in and the guy took my order and put me on hold and then it hung up. I then called back and was put on hold again and waited another 5 minutes, so I hung up. I have never found it so hard to order a pizza. I order a lot of pizza and will never go back here again. This is wild to me. Thanks!

Just ordered a Memphis bbq chicken,even checked my receipt,they forgot the bbq sauce, not very good,chucked it

Very disappointing pizza and bread. It arrived looking like it had sat on the counter for 20 minutes. It wasn’t even hot. 45 dollars later and totally not worth it. I won’t order from here again. Did I mention the driver pulled the pizza out of his trunk? I had a $20 dollar cash tip waiting for the driver till I seen this. Yuck!

Trying to place an order over the phone is almost impossible due to the use of an ai assistant and a call center where they don’t speak very good English. This may be the last time we order from here.

Well, this pick up was not a good one. When I picked up my Pizza, i asked for some plates that they usually provide at the checkout register. The cashier gave me 2-3 plates?? I asked for more and he gave me about 2 more?? I advised the cashier that I was taking this Pizza to a bar to feed people and he got rude and told me I had more than enough for the Pizza? I asked him his name and he did not provide it as I stated that I wanted to make a complaint about him being a paper plate "police!"
I've been a customer at this Domino's for years and this is a first I've been told I had enough "RECYCLED" paper plates for my Pizza? They usually let you take what you need. Not distribute. What happened? Then on top of that, I got home and noticed that my Pizza was OVERCOOKED!! The cheese was a yellow/brownish color which indicates that it was cooked too long. It was not good!

Had a little hiccup and got the wrong order, but it was fixed in record time! I also added in the notes that I was having a bad day and would love to hear a silly joke and the manager made me a fortune teller with a bunch of uplifting notes. Super fast fix for the food, super nice delivery driver, and one kickass manager! I absolutely will order from here again!!!!!

April 26,2024, i stopped in around 1:30pm. on a Friday afternoon and ordered a large two topping pizza special. the young man did a great job making my pizza and baking it well done. The pizza was very tasty. Thank you for your professionalism it always nice to know that just sometimes, it still exists!

Ordered beef pizza & got sausage pizza - we can't/don't eat pork in family, was hung up on the "manager" and when I arrived in the store she refused to remedy the situation because the obviously frustrated customer was upset and distressed and I interrupted her when she didn't bother to give the customer a chance to speak & simply repeated what the first person said (after working a 10hr shift and hungry toddlers who waited 45 minutes for their pizza to get delivered)- they didn't apologize, they didn't even try to get us new pizzas simply said they'd give me a credit on our next order
