After several years with no issues, they've lost a customer for good. My card had been charged for purchases I did not make. After contacting the store I was told they would check into it and they would call me back but I never received a call so I went there to be told "There is nothing we can do about it."

Ordered a Raspberry Watermelon Refresher with Sparkling water because I’ve got it from other locations. They barely put any syrup in and it was straight sparkling water. Never had this problem with any other Dunkin’s.

Dunkin Donuts has usually been a go-to place for warm and tasty donuts for my family. However, after today's visit, I feel that there will not be future visits.
The staff, while friendly, felt mediocre at best. Very little eye contact, and they seemed distracted and/or seemed they didn't want to be there.
The cleanliness of the store was fine, and no issues to report there.
I understand that the availability of the inventory of donuts is really a first come first served basis, and that is okay. However, every single donut was cold, and tasted very chemically based. My stomach and all of my kids' stomachs are now feeling off. This may be a change in ingredients, this may be due to donuts being left out too long, or this may be due to the donuts not being prepared properly. I don't know what the cause is, but I do know that something isn't right and our stomachs are a little achy because of it.
If Dunkin Donuts as a whole no longer focuses on serving freshly baked donuts, that are warm and prepared that day, then I can no longer support this business. In short, every single donut that I ate this morning, three in total, tasted like they came out of a box that had been siting in a truck for a week.
Ordered dunkin this morning on my mobile app i ordered coffee as well as a plain bagel with cream cheese , i got a multigrain bagel instead and it was burnt

Great service, the manager is one of a kind, if you get a chance, ask for her, and let her know how great the service is compared to other businesses in that location, she has an amazing smile. She eventually learns the regular customers' names. And even remember if they have pets. She always wants to make things right for customers, as she believes ? in customer satisfaction. The assistant manager is also awesome. If you truly want great food and drinks, this is your place. Even with long lines, they try their very best to be as efficient as possible. I totally recommend this place, for any time of day.
Parking: It's a small lot, so there is some parking. But not alot
Kid-friendliness: The staff is friendly and upholds great service with a smile.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chairs can get in. I recommend having someone with you to hold the door.
