Today is January 2, 2026 and I had way better service than last time I went! Donuts and their hot peppermint mocha signature drink were amazing! Also love the little bag I got for free!

Absolutely rude! My husband went in to get our order and they said it wasn’t there. Wouldn’t help him at all. He left the store and we got a notification that the food was picked up and asked for a survey.

We were hosting a 90th bday and Eli and the crew here were amazing! 3 boxes of Joe while 10 cars in drove thru and Eli worked with me to make sure it was going to still be hot and assured me it would be ready when i needed it. Guess what? IT WAS! great job to this dunkin crew thanks again

After several years with no issues, they've lost a customer for good. My card had been charged for purchases I did not make. After contacting the store I was told they would check into it and they would call me back but I never received a call so I went there to be told "There is nothing we can do about it."
Ordered a Raspberry Watermelon Refresher with Sparkling water because I’ve got it from other locations. They barely put any syrup in and it was straight sparkling water. Never had this problem with any other Dunkin’s.

Dunkin Donuts has usually been a go-to place for warm and tasty donuts for my family. However, after today's visit, I feel that there will not be future visits.
The staff, while friendly, felt mediocre at best. Very little eye contact, and they seemed distracted and/or seemed they didn't want to be there.
The cleanliness of the store was fine, and no issues to report there.
I understand that the availability of the inventory of donuts is really a first come first served basis, and that is okay. However, every single donut was cold, and tasted very chemically based. My stomach and all of my kids' stomachs are now feeling off. This may be a change in ingredients, this may be due to donuts being left out too long, or this may be due to the donuts not being prepared properly. I don't know what the cause is, but I do know that something isn't right and our stomachs are a little achy because of it.
If Dunkin Donuts as a whole no longer focuses on serving freshly baked donuts, that are warm and prepared that day, then I can no longer support this business. In short, every single donut that I ate this morning, three in total, tasted like they came out of a box that had been siting in a truck for a week.
Ordered dunkin this morning on my mobile app i ordered coffee as well as a plain bagel with cream cheese , i got a multigrain bagel instead and it was burnt
