I think we have gone here at LEAST 50 times now since it’s been open. It’s one of our favorite places to go and love the staff here. Food is amazing and well worth the price. This is definitely a fun space to get delicious food and even better ice cream! The entire vibe certainly plays into a young crowd but a nostalgic ice cream shoppe aesthetic, and I think that's a great addition to the area. I've visited three times in a short span, and I'm eager to go again. I'd recommend this spot to anyone with a sweet tooth and an eye for a modernized classic.

Me and my friend went here to hangout and chat and staff was super friendly and the place is always spotless! We did wait a good 45 min for our fries but it turns out they forgot to put it in or the computer never said it went through, anyways that never has happened any other time and once we brought it to their attention the fries came out super fast. The food is excellent!

Let me just start by saying, if I had a dollar for every time my son and I came to this place and left with smiles on our faces, I’d have enough to buy the place and give out free shakes for life. We come here at least once a week, and not once have I had to wait “two hours” for a shake. Maybe two minutes, tops. But hey, maybe the last reviewer was using a sundial instead of a clock. ⏳
Now, let’s talk about the “very very rude staff.” You mean the same folks who greet us like family, remember my son’s favorite order, and always ask how our day’s going? Yeah. Super rude. 🙄
Also, I don’t know what kind of “roaches crawling in the kitchen” fantasyland this guy wandered into, but I’ve seen cleaner kitchens here than in some people’s houses. And pro tip: Why are you in the kitchen anyway? That’s not how restaurants work unless you’re Gordon Ramsay or completely lost.
I get it, not everyone knows how to write, express themselves, or understand how restaurants work (spoiler alert: you don’t walk into the kitchen to check things out). But don’t let one badly spelled tantrum fool you, this place is a gem, the staff is awesome, and the food is always fresh and fast.
TL;DR: If you’re reading reviews, ignore the one that sounds like it was written by a hangry toddler with a flip phone. This place rocks. End of story. 🙌🍔🍦

Saw “Jackson’s” creative fiction review on here and thought I’d hop on to give my honest feedback of the many times we have ventured over to this awesome business. My daughter and I are celiac and Frydae always have a plethora of options for us. The ice cream always looks too beautiful to eat, but we somehow always manage. The business is always very clean and tidy even when they’re busy. We love eating in the patio area in the heart of Marion. We highly recommend!

Looking for something different in the area and ended up at Frydae, really glad I stumbled in. Had the Breakfast Fries and the Kimchi Korean BBQ, breakfast was good and the BBQ was AMAZING. Can't wait for the next time I'm in the area to try something different.

My Fiancé and I were looking for something different to eat and I thought it was pricey but we were in for a treat 😩🥰. I don’t have photos but I loved my mouth watering Dill pickle pepper jack cheese chicken sandwich, my fiancé had the pulled pork chicken sandwich he was very much so impressed and full as well. OMG! He went in to pick our order I’m like where’s the fry’s I didn’t need the fries. I was full after the chicken sandwich. The sweet potato fries were off the hook. Mouth water. We will be back in our next days off. The ice cream looked good too as we waited out side customers were leaving with ice cream we will be trying this as well. Not a disappointment! Enjoy!!!
