I don't know what happened at this store, but they no longer understand what "everything on it" means. We've never had a problem with this.
I heard an employee basically tell my husband he ordered the wrong way when my husband called in to tell them 2 of the sandwiches were made wrong.
They really only know how to top the sandwiches Mike's way/all the way based on that conversation.
If you're not sure what the customer means, ask for clarification. An easy solution would have been to repeat back all of the toppings to the customer.
As someone who has been a customer service manager, this is poor to blame the customer. Give the customer what they asked for and don't argue.
We probably won't be back. We've been customers for years.

Stood there for ten minutes while my food is sitting there because she didn't read my name correctly. Had you let me see the name on the bag I wouldn't have stood there.
Loud loud music. So I'm standing there in bright light with blaring music for ten minutes after a long day.
Just frustrating. I'll update this if I have a good experience here.

This was my first time EVER at a Jersey Mike's. I was in town for work and stopped by for a quick lunch. I expressed to the employee that it was my first time ordering here so I wasn't sure what I wanted. He told me the top sellers, his favorites, and asked if I was interested in a hot or cold sub. He sold me on the Famous Philly! The sub was amazing and so was the service!!!

We ordered a mixture of hot & cold subs to go. They were decent, but not great. The workers aren’t as friendly or polite as other Jersey Mike’s locations. This is probably our least favorite location out of the 4 we have been to. The Dubuque stores seem to have better quality subs and more energetic/friendly workers.

My first and last time. 6/29/24 I got food poisoning from Marion, IA location. Ate only half my sandwich meat was salty (turkey)
