Their delivery drivers utilize the handicapped spaces for their own cars with no placards or license plate. A vehicle with three handicapped customers has no place to park. Despicable, the manger on duty would not reprimand nor ask their employees to move their cars.

The guy that took our order was helpful. The sandwiches were not at all what we expected. Bread was tacky and hard to bite through. Elastic bread ruined these very small (not like a regular sub). Not ever again will I try this.

Worked there for a while.. everyday it was something new that I got blamed for they hired me knowing about my disabled son.. was good for about a month then.. one of there managers that's 350 ish pounds said that he was scared of me im 95 pounds so they took his word and took all my hours and wouldn't give them back .. they used my sons disability against me and back when i was 15 used my family history against me as well... They have short term memory lose you tell them one thing and they forget.. then you leave a paper trail and they get even more mad.. I wouldn't suggest working there.. wost working experience ever.. got used and mentally tormented.. and there portioning it's always less then what is supposed to that won't even go a gram over.... And I did all the deep deep cleaning so they prolly haven't deep cleaned properly since... And there reasoning I got fired was for asking for more hours 100% would not work or do anything there

It would be great if they didn’t use the end cuts/pieces for their whole sandwich. I just had a roast beef Big John sandwich and it was nothing but end pieces. Very disappointing. I know you have to start a new loaf but really…..
They gave me the wrong sandwich thru the drive thru. I didn't notice until I got an hour away. When I called the next day they said they couldn't do anything because it was the next day

Jimmy's Johns is not what they used to be. The sandwiches have "shrunk?" Still good tasting and all, but when I purchased the #9, it was pretty small in size. I've been buying the #9 for some years, and I noticed that it was MUCH smaller than usual and cost more. I think I'll just make my own Jimmys Johns sandwich, and save myself some money.
