Really wished I had read all the poor reviews before coming here a second time. The first time my wife ordered the Beach club and I got the Hunters club. After we got to our destination 30 miles away my wife realized the was no meat on her sandwich. We called and they assured it would be taken care of on our next visit and said it would be noted under her phone number. Today we returned and of course there was no record of this conversation. We said let's try again. We got home and, you can't make this up, but they forgot to put meat on her sandwich a second time!!! Wait it gets better. Peyton offered to hand us a serving of turkey that we could add to the sandwich that we purchased 25 minutes ago. No, not happening. She finally made a corrected sandwich. When we asked for franchise information she said she could not provide such information.

Let me start by saying that I love Jimmy John's! When I'm not at home I go to several Jimmy John's locations that are all amazing. I have never had a problem with any Jimmy John's that is not the one in my hometown of Marion, Iowa. Unfortunately, sometimes I do want Jimmy John's when I'm at home. I've been playing a little game for 10 years now where I keep giving them chances to make good food for me, but at least 8 out of 10 of our orders are incorrect and poorly made. I never complain because this is the convenient option for food to show up at my house without me leaving when that is the mood that I'm in. However, yesterday I did have to make a complaint. I ordered two sandwiches and one of the sandwiches as usual was made very poorly and missing ingredients. The other one however was not even the same sandwich that we ordered! I called the store and the first guy that I spoke with let me know did they did figure out that I got the wrong sandwich about a half hour before that but didn't bother to call me. They must have just hoped that I wouldn't say anything like usual. He obviously couldn't help me so he got a very rude lady on the phone claiming to be the manager. I told her that I just wanted a refund because I was going to no longer use that location but she insisted that she could only give me store credit, which makes zero sense since I am refusing to eat at that location. Maybe a Jimmy John's gift card that I could use at a different location would have been acceptable, but she offered nothing except for store credit. When I told her to let me to speak to her boss she put me on hold for 15 minutes. I finally hung up and called back and she picked up the phone and hung up on me. So I called back another time, and she again hung up on me! When I called the third time she must have finally got it through her thick skull that I was not going to stop calling so she did not hang up on me, but she did promise me that the general manager would call me back by the end of the day. Fast forward to dinner time on the following day, no call from anybody yet. No refund either. So I called again and spoke with the same rude manager lady from the day before. She started making excuses that they had just been too busy to call me back. When I mentioned that not only were my sandwiches not replaced but I was not given a refund, so at this point they have just stolen my money, and then she hung up on me again! This place is an absolute cesspool. Jimmy John's needs to investigate and close this place down. They also need to fire the general manager because obviously he cannot control his employees. Every other Jimmy John's in our state has it figured out perfectly and makes delicious excellent food. This Jimmy John's only serves garbage, made incorrectly, and then treats you like crap on top of it! I will be disputing the charge and I know that my bank will not have me pay for this, but I wanted to warn the rest of the world that if you are going to go to Jimmy John's please stay away from this location. I hope corporate figures it out and clean's house! This place is an absolute embarrassing disaster!

I personally don’t like coming to this specific Jimmy John’s because it is the only Jimmy John’s that makes you sign for your purchase in the drive through. I assume this is for the sole purpose of asking me to add a tip. I feel I am being asked to tip before receiving my order and ensuring that it is correct. I also believe workers at this type of establishment should be paid to not have to rely on tips. My boyfriend refuses to go through this Jimmy John’s due to this reason alone.

I tried the new toasted Hawaiian because they were out of cucumbers. Seemed understaffed, employees seemed overwhelmed. The new toasted Hawaiian was horrible, never again. Still would get #12 again.

20 bucks for a blt wrap and can’t even heat the bacon up come on if I wanted shit food I would have went to McDonalds this is the first time and last time I ever go to jimmy John’s just as I expected overpriced sandwich

Food it's usually good, but when I ordered online and said no horseradish sauce and added ranch, they put horseradish sauce in it anyway. If you are not fortunate enough to like horseradish, that flavor is very strong and will completely ruin everything it touches. Thankfully my husband gave my his which was chicken bacon ranch. I couldn't hit the craving I had, but the chkn bacon ranch was pretty good. I love that they now toast some sandwiches, finally! I love their onions more than any other sandwich place and now they have crispy fried onions. Just don't customize your sandwich with expectations of accuracy.

Their delivery drivers utilize the handicapped spaces for their own cars with no placards or license plate. A vehicle with three handicapped customers has no place to park. Despicable, the manger on duty would not reprimand nor ask their employees to move their cars.

The guy that took our order was helpful. The sandwiches were not at all what we expected. Bread was tacky and hard to bite through. Elastic bread ruined these very small (not like a regular sub). Not ever again will I try this.
