I personally don’t like coming to this specific Jimmy John’s because it is the only Jimmy John’s that makes you sign for your purchase in the drive through. I assume this is for the sole purpose of asking me to add a tip. I feel I am being asked to tip before receiving my order and ensuring that it is correct. Food it's usually good, but when I ordered online and said no horseradish sauce and added ranch, they put horseradish sauce in it anyway. If you are not fortunate enough to like horseradish, that flavor is very strong and will completely ruin everything it touches. Thankfully my husband gave my his which was chicken bacon ranch.
