Went through the drive through ordered nuggets and a few items.one of which was a combo meal. When I received my order there were maybe 5-6 fries in the box. Checked the bag and no additional fries. Called location person was super rude. Wife called and were super rude. Long story short not going back

My daughter had some dental work done and wanted mashed potatoes. I was excited to oblige but when I walked into this KFC location 30 minutes after open, it was disgusting! Sticky, dirty spots on the floor, old soda stained counters and the tables were dirty and covered in crumbs. From what I could see at the front counter, the floor back in the kitchen was horribly dirty and used soda lids meant for the garbage can were sitting on TOP of the lid. There is no way this EMPTY restaurant got this bad in 30 minutes of being open especially by 11 am on a school day. The employee was kind and prompt with my order but the uncleanliness of the sitting area was so glaring, I was too afraid to give my kid the potatoes for fear of what the kitchen was like and worse…what was in my food ?Clearly this restaurant hadn’t been cleaned in a WHILE ?
Management yelling at crew just walking around barking orders. Being hostile towards his employees. Never want to come back the food was messed up but they fixed my order Elijah, Dillion, and joe were great. Each one made sure my order was fixed and apologized about the inconvenience. Thanks for making my visit a little more pleasant then what I walked.into. Shawn the manager was very rude yelling. I have all hostility on video. Wish my experience was difference.

Very disappointed in my order tonight. Waited 30 mins for an order that should of taken 10 mins max.. employees just standing around. Got my food and then was told they were out of mashed potatoes and gravy which as a former manager there I know that is unacceptable. Then got home, food was cold and dried out. Spent $30 for myself and family just to have to go home, heat it all up and then the tenders for the wraps are dried out like they were made hours ago and there was no mayo or pickles on the chicken Littles. Just Ridiculous, probably will drive to CR now Just to get kfc after tonight, just not acceptable at all!

The person that was there first that we walked in was there for 15 minutes and it took 20 minutes to get are ordered and the other person that was there left after being that for 30 minutes more and after being there for 40 minutes we got are food and the other person that was there was there in the drive thru for 30 minutes and went in side.

6 piece meal had to accept 2 mashed potatoes and gravy, but no biscuits in the meal. Was told there were no backed beans or macaroni salad only coleslaw. The order taker was very hard to understand and made several mistakes that we had to correct, then messed the order.

The absolute worst kfc in the area and I will not be returning to the Marion location.The employees need better training or entirely a fresh start of new employees. Customer service is most definitely lacking in this building and management isn’t any better. The worst experience I’ve encountered in many years at a fast food location.
