Always get good service, usually fast and always correct! Until I received a McChicken with some sort of feather stick attached to the chicken. I called and they didn’t seem bothered and had no interest in making it right. I haven’t eaten here since and I haven’t eaten a McChicken either.

This McDonald's has gotten worse it was better for a while. But the last few times their fries have been cold the meat has not been cooked all the way the buns have been hard sodas haven't had much syrupy flavor. My child received an expired milk. Let's do better guys because I'm not lovin it.

We visit this location often, especially after 8pm. We love McDonald's frappes. This item is usually the reason why we're there. But their machine is always down for cleaning a few hrs before they close however the McDonald's on blairsferry has their machine going and are happy to sell you a frappe.

We got here about 2hours before close and ALL the lights were off. Got 2 kids meals and a 6 pack of nuggets. Nuggets weren't cooked- gooey on the inside. Two cheeseburgers they left out the pickles. Both kids meals had no apples.Tbh the only thing they did well was give us freshly made fries.

Sat in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes before someone took my order didnt ask what size of meal i wanted. Drove up and paid at first window then went to second only to wait another 15 minutes to get just a cheese burger and frie meal. Sad part was they were not even busy. Piss poor service and will not go there again even when they move to new location unless they hire some people that are willing to do there job correctly

Multiple hairs in the order and the burger wrappers were covered in ketchup and grease. Disgusting and extremely low quality.

Ugh. I’m always sick and tired of this abysmal service. I once had a 10 pc McNuggets meal several months ago. They never included my McNuggets. So I kept returning to this location to correct the order. Not a one time only; it’s constantly happening every time I’m in the drive thru. I might consider a potential protest if service does not improve within 1-2 weeks. Hire properly trained staff and management. We need a new proper ownership immediately!

I don’t know why I even bother. You think it sounds good but then it’s definitely not. And, you regret it the rest of the day. We ordered 4 meals. Two out of the four sandwiches in those meals were made incorrectly. We went back to have it corrected. It took forever & wasn’t worth the trouble. Total waste of money. Next time I’m just going to Chick-fil-A.

They should have their employees take mandatory showers instead of using their hair grease for the fries. I was trying to use a coupon and before I even ordered. The girl said "anything else I can get you," and I was like "I haven't even ordered yet." She would just blankly stare at me and say that with no context. Plus she said my coupon was only going to give me rewards points instead of the BOGO deal that the coupon was for. So I ended up spending 12 dollars instead of 5 because I didn't want to deal with how d*** she was. The fries were disgusting and brown, inedible, plus my girlfriend and I both ordered triple cheese burgers and got double. I have never been so unsatisfied with customer service from anywhere. I'm not one to ever write a review, because why would anyone go out of their way to do this, but this place is horrible. If I could zero star, I would.

I went to this McDonald's in Marion through their drive-thru for a Mango Pineapple Smoothie and an orange juice. They were out of their smoothies and their orange juice came in a bottle and was not as good as every other McDonald's, which has delicious orange juice that's served in a cup with a straw. The service was slow and not very kind. Probably won't return to this McDonald's in the future.
