Marion, Iowa McDonald's (across from Walmart) Why cant you guys fix the drive thru soda machine? In the past week, maybe 2, I've gone there 3 different times and I got coke twice and dr pepper the last time, all 3 were flat and warm. I told someone the first time it happened and I see nothing was done about it. They have the worst people working there too. Young kids usually and they won't hardly EVER say THANK YOU. They'll give you your food and won't say a word. Fix your damn machine! Who wants to drink flat warm soda?! GAG!! And management needs to teach these kids how to say THANK YOU. Both my complaints are common sense and are easily fixable. And fill the fries all the way. 4 plus dollars for a fry and half the time there filled 75% of the way.

I used the mobile app to place a breakfast order a half hour before breakfast ends. After driving all the way there it says my order has been cancelled. Unbelievable. Manager was pretty rude too.

My kid order breakfast on app before breakfast ended and paid through app, and when we arrived they said her food was not made because it was now after breakfast and will not refund us. We ordered BEFORE Breakfast ended. Management was rude and made any excuses to help solve the problem. I want my money BACK!

Originally went to the counter and got ignored so went to one of kiosk. Was friendly aside from that. I only got french fries and a tea. Fries were good.

Live in Mt Vernon my mom brought me a fish sandwich with a bun and a piece of fish. No cheese no tartar sauce. I call and am told it can be replaced if I’m willing to drive the 20 miles back. Person claimed she was mgr but didn’t give out her name. Not impressed by any of this. Customer service is awful

Some of us aren't up to date on all this app stuff and you can go to the counter and stand and stand and stand before someone notices you and then tell someone else. Hey there's somebody standing there instead of having someone on duty to assist.
