Orders half the time are wrong

Someone can get food right in front of me, or 2 ppl, but then im always the one pull around and wait. Its McDonalds its been basically the same menu for years.

But the real thorn in my side is why is there a surcharge of 1.50 after the construction, a .20 cent surcharge for tea, AND A .10 cent surcharge for a POP.

Never was like this before the construction. Im assuming the customer is paying the surcharge to payback the construction McDonald's paid for. Welcome to 2026

I ordered Double Cheeseburger, McRib and large fries. Fries were nice and hot, ketchup dispenser not working. Cheeseburger the buns were burnt. As you are taking a bite it smelled like burnt toast. The McRib meat was pale looking and not enough sauce on it. The staff was average just doing the job. It maybe a while before I come back.

If I could leave a zero star I would.. some for of corporate needs to be in this store this store is the worst McDonald's I have ever been at.. the lack of care for customer service is crazy to me and the food from this location is awful.. must be too busy to put down new fresh frys I should know better then to go to this location given the fact it's got a 3 star rating however posting reviews obviously matter none to the higher ups for McDonald's
DO BETTER OR FIND EMPLOYEES WHO ACTUALLY CARE!!!!

We ordered ahead online to eat in the restaurant, and it was ready shortly after we got there without issues. When we needed something like ketchup packets or a drink, we didn’t have to wait long and staff was helpful and friendly. The issue we had was the cleanliness of the inside. This was probably the grossest restaurant we’ve eaten at in awhile. The bathrooms were out of toilet paper, toilet paper strung all over the floor, the floors throughout everywhere were greasy and slick. The counters around the drink station were covered in spilled/splattered soda, and all over the floor, I didn’t even want to set our drinks on it to get lids. The floors in the main area were just as bad, trash everywhere, tables were disgusting and grimy. Standing at the front to get ketchup packets, you could see spilled ice cream and toppings all over by the machines, trash on the floor, trash under the workstations. It just makes it hard to want to eat the food, wondering if it would be prepared clean when nothing else is? Hard to try and have a toddler eat when it’s like also, trying to touch everything and I don’t even want her touching the table.

We sat in the drive thru at the second window for 20 minutes while the manager played on her phone. They screwed up are order and gave us a DoorDash order. Went back through the drive through and was given the wrong order again. She’s the same manager we’ve had the last 2 times we’ve been there and she constantly reeks of weed has been seen hitting either a vape or weed pen by the window.

The wife and I decided to have a cheat meal at this McDonalds location today. First off it was lunch time, and somewhat busy ( to be expected ) We walk in the main door, the floor was atrocious to start. We order at the kiosk, then head over to the fountain drink area which had soda EVERYWHERE on the floor, the rugs, counter tops, ice spilled all over, and the lids for drinks looked like an unattended 2 year old had a field day. Couldn't find a spot to sit for 2 because every table that wasn't being used hadn't been wiped off from previous customers. Fries, straw wrappers, galore on the floors. So on to the food, and service. Our number was called to come pick up our food, and not brought to us ( which totally defeated the point of having a table number scanned at the kiosk. Whilst getting our order from the front counter we asked politely for some ketchup and some salt please and thank you to only be scoffed at, the condiments all but thrown to my tray. We sat down at a booth, to only have the table top covered in syrup to which we had to ask for cleaning supplies to bus and clean it ourselves. I'm not clear as to what management found any of this acceptable for their workplace, or for the face of their store for customers, but this was a HUGE slap in the face for area, local, or other management for this facility. Outside of the laundry list of poor cleanliness, hospitality, and overall horrible employees, work ethic, etc. The food was as ordered, and what you'd expect at a Mcdonalds. HORRIBLE experience, and had I managed that store and seen the shape it was in there would have been positions opening up.

First off they need to clean floors, and counters. In front of pop machines on floor was covered in pop/ food. Upon waiting for food, I seen just about every table had stuff all over, and liquid and food on floor. Poor service, and just horrible atmosphere inside. Also employees need to watch what they talk about while up front around customers. Lots of swearing and foul language. Food was ok, but fries cold and sandwiches were just tossed in bag, making a mess. Need better help!

Dae and his team were great! We had a complicated order and they nailed it. It also came out very quickly! Though the good was accurate and hot, I have it at a 4-star since the quality isn't the best as McDonalds

The service was absolutely terrible. We waited for 20+ minutes for a burger, some nuggets and fries. While standing there, they had several customers with complaints of wrong orders. They ran out of lettuce, they didn’t tell us that they were out of buffalo sauce, and just expected us to not notice. We asked and they said they just ran out, not even telling us before they gave us the bag. Also while waiting, watching McFlurries being made disgusted me. They didn’t even change the stirrer in between different flavors. So unsanitary! It was messy with trash all over, and workers just walking around. One worker in the kitchen had a hoodie on with his hood up over his hat, it was unprofessional and inappropriate. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!

We recently ordered food for delivery but none of our drinks arrived and it was also missing some fries and our daughter's Happy meal. When we called to correct the mistake, we were only offered a refund and not actual food. Because we ordered the drinks as part of meal combos, the drinks were discounted, so if we were to reorder the food then we would have to pay full price for the drinks. This does not solve our problem.
When we order a meal, we expect the full meal to arrive without hassle.

Won't return. I'll drive to another location for better night service. Over cooked nuggets, more like chicken jerky. Rude customer service. Didn't even have large drinks. Literally the only reason I wanted to come was sweet tea and they didn't have any. Didn't offer a refund or anything. Now I don't even want to eat what they finally gave me 😒 waste of my money and time 👍🏼
