It's a McDonald's. Pretty typical atmosphere. We ordered at the kiosks, but surprisingly we had staff check to make sure we had been helped 2x. It was a longish wait but they were very busy. Food was as expected.

Very disappointed. Normally I can a mostly right order. Tonight they forgot 2 sandwiches and when I returned 20 min later to ask for them they just took the ones that were sitting in the holder and gave them to me. While I was waiting to be helped multiple employees were using cusswords with no regards to someone standing at the counter not being helped .
Charged me for a large meal when all I asked for was a Big Mac and a medium pop. I got my medium pop but paid for a large and got the large fry. Backed up so far cars couldn’t get out of the drive through without hitting our mirror. This is sad!!! Do better!!

Every time I go to this McDonald's, they seem to think a medium is the same as a large. I've never gotten a large fry that was fully filled. Today was no different. I'm tired of ordering a large just for it to be a medium.

While traveling through the area we decided to stop at this McDonald's. First of all, the bathrooms had not been attended to in quite some time. The men's stall was locked from the outside and I'm still not sure what was actually in the sink where you were supposed to wash your hands.
We then went through the drive thru. My cheeseburger tasted like it was actually burned. The fries were good. My wife even commented that her burger seemed thinner than usual.
Of course the ice cream machine was broken too. Really wanted a shake too.

I look forward to every Saturday getting my breakfast. You charge alot of money for an egg mcmuffin and most the time they are burnt. Today all 3 of my sandwiches were so burnt and hard I couldnt even eat them.

Went inside restaurant. Out of stock of apples. Out of stock of all ice cream anything. Place is dirty. No clean tables. Bathroom dirty. Ran by the kids who are doing the minimum. They appear to be having a great time goofing off. Food slow. Had to put pies in 15 minutes after we ordered them. Owner won't have a business soon.
Everyone's always nice to me.
