Restaurant couldn't cancel my order after the app told me to call them. They gave me a bad number, and the actual support didn't answer. Wasted a BOGO coupon and my money.

Edit: They also stole my jacket after I left it there and it "disappeared" from their employee area when I went to pick it up.

Wow, 17.00 for this itty bitty bowl. About half of what I got at Chipotle. Decided to try this location after the other ones inquit going to. Kid who made my food was super friendly. I must have been a burden for the cashier.

Robin, one of the managers, is an absolute doll! She always does everything she can to make us happy! She's the reason we visit 3 times a week!

I have always really liked this Pancheros, but had a weird experience. I’m not normally one to show up at restaurants right before close, but I got off work late and needed to get something to eat. I tried to go to Pancheros at 10:40, the store closes at 11, and the door was locked. I understand that serving customers 20 minutes before close sucks but like, it’s a restaurant guys. I’ve worked fast food jobs and that is absolutely unacceptable, I’d have been fired on the spot for doing something like that. A few minutes before close is reasonable but they were still open for 20 minutes and who’s to say how long the door had already been locked.

General manager needs to have a serious discussion with their night staff about closing procedures, because something is definitely wrong there.

They keep it pretty dirty. Men’s room especially. My burrito tortilla kept sticking to the wrapper — undercooked maybe?

Small portions, they give maybe 1/8th cup of chicken and steak per scoop. Only reason for the second star is the place was clean.

Horrible don’t go to this paunch. I eat paunch a lot and this is by far the worst paunch I have ever went to. They are rude and the portions are horrible! Half as much food as the other Pancheros for the same price. The utensils are smaller as well. Would not recommend if you want your money worth go to chipotle way more portions.

They give me no food compared to chipotle, chipotle is much better they scam with the food. Double chicken and there is barley and food

The staff were friendly and professional. The food is so good and enjoyable.
