My whole order was not delivered. I paid and the pizza was not cut fully. IAlso did not receive all my order. They set the expectation that I had to let me food get cold while I waited for the rest of my order. I asked for a refund and they declined my request. The manager literally put blame on the driver and then used the excuse herself that it was busy. The manager had no time to fix the issue they created. I ordered. Unlike some other locations, I don't have anything bad to say about this Papa Johns. They always deliver our pizza earlier than expected and the pizza has always been good and my special requests are always met. Anytime I go in for carryout, the people are nice and get my stuff ready quick.
Also- with the new update to the app, it is spot on for accuracy with delivery time and when they'll show up.
