I go to Scooters 5x out of the week in my hometown. When I visit Marion (once a month to see my grandmother), I always get Scooters. A few weeks ago, I ordered a coffee, with 2 extra shots, and could not taste any espresso. My drink is $10.43 each visit because of the extra shots. So when I didn’t taste the espresso, I went back and asked if they could politely remake it. The gal said “of course we will, the coffee you have is so light it doesn’t look like there is any espresso in it!” She was nice about it. Now today, I went through the drive thru and ordered my drink, and could not taste any espresso. We went back and politely explained the situation. The supervisor came to the window and said, “I am the supervisor and I made your drink, and I put 2 shots in your drink. We had this problem a few weeks ago.” Excuse me… “problem”? Isn’t your job literally to satisfy customers? That’s the point of your job, is to make coffee specifically for customers. Won’t be going back, the situation was rude and uncalled for.

I was really worried because I used my husband's rewards and I thought they charged my card and the order wasnt placed. So of course I went there freaked out, and they explained everything to me and we got our drink and reward redeemed. I freaked out for no reason and they handled it very well. The girls there are very sweet and they always make the drinks sweet too! Thank you again and I'm sorry!

I love the chain and they have great food and coffee, but this specific location really needs to do something about drive-thru congestion. Because the lot is so tiny, the drive-thru line was backing up onto Twixt Town Rd and it made the traffic absolute chaos. They need to either expand the lot or open in-store pickup, which I realize is waaaaay more complicated to implement than it is to suggest. This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars to this particular location.

Won't be returning to this location. I asked for no foam on my drink and when I called it out, the gal made it sound like an inconvenience to remake it when I requested. When I got the drink, I couldn't even put my straw through, the blocks of ice blocked it.

The selection is great and the service is speedy and they always get my order right! Workers there are so polite and friendly and are genuine in their interactions with customers. I used to be the person who would only drink Starbucks but the corporation has caused me to shift my loyalties over the last few years. I've been searching for a new coffee chain and after a few months of visiting multiple Scooters locations as I run errands I have found my new coffee. The loyalty program is fantastic as well, far better than Starbucks loyalty program. I've gotten multiple free items within a couple of months when it would have taken me over a year to get even half off my coffee at Starbucks. Make the switch to Scooters. You will be a 10000x times happier. Coffee and food is far more delicious and better priced.

I use drive thru. Always friendly and quick. They lost 1 star as my mocha coffee never tastes the same each time I stop. But hey, who can complain when it is coffee! YUM
