The selection is great and the service is speedy and they always get my order right! Workers there are so polite and friendly and are genuine in their interactions with customers. I used to be the person who would only drink Starbucks but the corporation has caused me to shift my loyalties over the last few years. I've been searching for a new coffee chain and after a few months of visiting multiple Scooters locations as I run errands I have found my new coffee. The loyalty program is fantastic as well, far better than Starbucks loyalty program. I've gotten multiple free items within a couple of months when it would have taken me over a year to get even half off my coffee at Starbucks. Make the switch to Scooters. You will be a 10000x times happier. Coffee and food is far more delicious and better priced.

I come here everyday. When I first started coming my drinks tasted amazing. They always had put in the extra caramel I pay for. Lately my drinks taste like they aren’t putting in the extra caramel I pay for. Very upsetting considering the extra pumps I get cost 4.80. The losses add up when you come everyday, pay for extra and then don’t get it. They get my order wrong every time and when I mention it they act like it’s the worst thing anyone has said. When I’m paying eight dollars for a coffee, I’d like it to be correct. I could understand if this was a one time occasion, but it’s every time I go here. When I asked for the caramel drizzle to be removed off my drink, they completely removed the whole entire whip foam.

Card reader was broken and my card did not want to swipe as it is a tap and insert. Young lady was super kind and due to the issue made the coffee and sandwich anyways for me and did not charge me since their machine was broken. Usually don’t leave reviews but this time I had too.
