I was really worried because I used my husband's rewards and I thought they charged my card and the order wasnt placed. So of course I went there freaked out, and they explained everything to me and we got our drink and reward redeemed. I freaked out for no reason and they handled it very well. The girls there are very sweet and they always make the drinks sweet too! Thank you again and I'm sorry!
I love the chain and they have great food and coffee, but this specific location really needs to do something about drive-thru congestion. Because the lot is so tiny, the drive-thru line was backing up onto Twixt Town Rd and it made the traffic absolute chaos. They need to either expand the lot or open in-store pickup, which I realize is waaaaay more complicated to implement than it is to suggest. This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars to this particular location.
The selection is great and the service is speedy and they always get my order right! Workers there are so polite and friendly and are genuine in their interactions with customers. I used to be the person who would only drink Starbucks but the corporation has caused me to shift my loyalties over the last few years. I've been searching for a new coffee chain and after a few months of visiting multiple Scooters locations as I run errands I have found my new coffee. The loyalty...
