I’ve never been more disappointed in a coffee shop. I wanted a tea refresher and ordered the strawberry lime refresher, but didn’t realized I ordered it a couple months back, I didn’t like it at all. And I asked kindly if they would make me a new one but different flavor and said we can’t do that. I’ve never had a coffee shop say they won’t remake something. I will never go back to this one. I will stop at the one owed by different people in our area.
